HUGE thank you to everyone in the office including the ladies at the front, Tiffany with insurance, Dr. Herring, Dr. Ren, and Dr. White. I started and ended my chiropractic and PT treatment with Dr. Ren. I honestly felt heavy with emotions at my last visit (she can do that too). Note that I had to stop treatment because I am leaving for military duties. She made me comfortable during every exam, first X-rays, and extended special recommendations/further treatment. Half of my treatment was also done by Dr. White and I feel like she got to know me and what made me feel better leaving the office. I struggle with mid back, upper back, and neck pain. She really helped with that especially when my chest/ribs were overcompensating. What I also appreciate about Dr. White is how she recommended ergonomic and holistic changes I could make when I started to commute a lot, at home, and at work, plus she would follow up every next time I saw her. Whenever I had to squeeze in an appointment on a different day / time than my usual, it was Dr. Herring I was seen by. I'm huge on being on a routine but if it was him calling my name from the waiting area, it felt like hitting the jackpot. He is crazy fast at scanning the body and finding tension and stress areas. Having gone to Herring Chiropractic for several years, I can't help but say they are a great team to address anyone's chiropractic needs. For most of the time I went, I worked with Dr. Rens who is nothing but wonderful and knows her trade quite well. It starts with the staff who are all so pleasant and most helpful. Their customer service easily exceeds any office I have experienced over the past years. I found them through YELP on a Friday when I had so much pain in my back I couldn't move. This is my first visit since Covid and I was so glad to be back. First of all, I felt very very safe. They have taken all proper precautions and social distancing was enforced. I love coming here! I've actually been adjusted by all the doctors here, but my favorites are Dr. Dickson and Dr. Rens. I've been coming here for almost 2 years and always leave pain free and loose. If you're a taller gentleman with back pain, Dr. Dickson is solid, burly man. Since I'm so petite, I feel like it's easy for him to adjust me. This is an update of my review posted on 3/17/2022. I have been pain free for the past several weeks because of the excellent job Dr. Rens did on my back and neck. Dr. Rens had practiced chiropratic for more than 25 years. Her fingers worked like a portal ultrasound machine. She could tell exactly which part of my body had problem without asking me first. After identified the problem, Dr. Rens used her magical hands to treat my problem precisely. I felt so good after each treatment that I looked forward to the next one. Dr. Rens also worked diligently. In order to accommodate her patients' needs, she often came earlier or went home late than her normal work hours. Dr. Rens was not only an excellent chiropractor, but also a very nice and kind person. She treated each of her patient like a good friend and made us feel at home. Tiffany had been the office manager for more than 25 years. She did an excellent job to coordinate my treatment plan with the doctors outside of the office. I have been seeing Dr. Eyesun Konjkavfard for my lower back pain and neck/shoulder tension for 3 sessions now. I am beyond satisfied with the treatment that I am getting. Dr. Eyesun is very knowledgeable, professional and provides effective specific adjustments that help to relieve my pain and discomfort. Came here because I was suddenly experiencing intense shooting pain in my lower back that was also shooting down my right leg. I called right when they opened and found that there were no appointments available for the morning, but thank goodness Dr. Rens was able to squeeze me in during her lunch hour. Front desk was really nice as was Dr. Rens. Took some X-rays and found that I had joint misalignment. Dr. Rens did some massages & adjustments on my hips and lower back. Immediately felt improvement! Still in pain but not unbearable. Scheduled more appointments for adjustments and therapy. Looking forward to them and getting 100% better. I had constant back pain from my low back degeneration of my spine. I was actually born with a weak back and have dealt with low back issues my entire life. I was on Oxycodone for the pain. I also have fibromyalgia and they worked with my pain limitations to create an excellent program for me that included Chiropractic adjustments, therapy, and the MedX rehabilitation program. After 4 weeks of the this program from Herring Chiropractic, I was pain free and felt stronger than ever! It has been 10 months since I completed the program and I have not had any more issues with my back "going out" on me! This is the best, most targeted program I have been in. I have been going to Herring Chiropractic for about 5 months and have had 21 appointments. They always greet you with a smile and hello at the front desk. My chiropractor has been Dr. Eyesun and she has been amazing. Every night I went to sleep with pain in all parts of my back for about 5 years. I also had a lot of neck pain do to cracking it myself. This review is for Brigitta, a massage therapist at Herring Chiropractic. I have also had an excellent introductory adjustment with Dr. Rens at Herring Chiropractic, but adjustments just aren't as effective for me as Brigitta's massages. She does more therapeutic work than my physical therapist at Scripps was able to accomplish. Even though the Scripps therapist was good, Brigitta is intuitive, does deep tissue work, and has some natural healing capacities. Additionally, I have had many, many massages and modalities and Brigitta is among the best anywhere. I highly recommend her, even at the risk of her running out of appointment times for me. read more
