Herrera's Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Compton, California

I used Herrera's carpet cleaners twice. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. My carpet had some stains that they were able to remove but these stains reappear after a month or so. I don't know if this is common but I will definitely use them again. They do an excellent job on the carpeted stairs and I asked for a spot cleaning on the arms of my sofa and loveseat. They charged $40.00 just for that; which I thought was over priced but I paid it so I can't complain. The Senior Herrera and his son did the job the first time, the son moved furniture...I did not expect that. The second time, the senior came with another older gentlemen who did the cleaning. He did a good job too. Donnetta in Hawthorne read more

Amazing job, respond quick and were able to come the same day, was able to give a price base on pictures I sent him, Mario said I'll be there at noon and 11:59 am he was already at our apartment, they moved the light furniture and we definitely will keep calling them read more

I have been using Herrera ' s carpet cleaning for over two years. I'm embarrassed to say that as hard as I try, my boys keep walking in with dirty shoes and tracking in soil. As a result, my carpet is notably and grossly stained. But for Mario this is not a probem, he leaves the carpet looking brand new regardless of how stained it is. His fee is also quite competitive, especially in comparison to the service he provides. Regarding the other comment made by Danny, as a consumer you should be prepared to pay for services received. It was your responsibility to let carpet cleaning company that your land lord was paying and make any necessary payment arrangements. read more

I had my carpets done by this company. They were able to schedule my appointment 2 days after! Arrived promptly, professional, Friendly, knowledgeable, & honest! They did an Amazing job cleaning my stairs, entry way, living room & 2 bedrooms. Great Pricing too! My carpets look great! And the service was soo good I called to make a second appointment to get my tile deep cleaned. The following week. And most important the cleaning products are all organic, kid & pet safe. Which is most important since my toddler spends most of the time on carpet. I will be referring them to my friends & neighbors. Will definitely use them again! read more

I called Herrera's carpet cleaning for the first time but I am sure it will be the last Mr Herrera did a good job I am talking about Jorge Herrera must the father had a very hostile aptitude not friendly at all and when he was leaving said my house stinks because I had my dogs inside I only had the back bedroom and family room done I was thinking to call them again to clean the front rooms but after what he told me no way I am going to my pets are my family I treat them like family he said he keeps his dogs outside shine or rain and I don't appreciate people like that also when he was leaving he wanted to come in the house with out being invited I had my dogs with me and close the middle door so they won't be in his way so I told him u stay outside my dogs don't like estrangers one word he freak me out bad experience read more

Mario was the technician that cleaned our carpets. I found them on Yelp and decided to give them a try. My last cleaner left my carpet a mess and smelling bad. Mario used special equipment to show me pet stains I didn't even know I had. He told me the previous carpet company did not treat the pet stains specifically. I purchased their pet treatment and was amazed on how clean and sweet smelling my carpets turned out. Even a week alter I still smell a light scent of peach. Thank you Mario and I look forward to our next appointment in six months. read more

Job was done great....But.... Did not like the way Mario's attitude was with me. Like if I was bothering him. I told him the cleaning will be paid by my landlord, gets upset and says next times I call I need the money up front. I have a hard time collecting money. First of all no one said you weren't getting paid. But whatever this fight is for the landlord and Herreras Carpet. read more

Gone down hill with each year. They really aren't cleaning the carpet. Their machines are old, etc. I recently used a new vacuum on the carpet just two days after they were here. The carpet is filled with dirt and stuff. You just can't see it. They clean the surface. Not sufficient and a rather poor job. Used a motorized carpet sweep around the house. Picks up dust and dirt everyone, only a week after they were here....I hired a new company and they were shocked and showed me that Herrera's didn't even move a chair, let alone a lamp or a coffee table. A shame really; paid them regularly and they weren't doing anything except soaking the top of my carpet to make it look like they had done something. The day after the new company was here the carpet looks lighter, and the small stains that Herrera told me could not be removed are all gone. Areas that Herrera told me were destined to be darker forever are now clean. Again, all the light furniture had been moved and replaced; with plastic of foam under the legs - to be removed the next day or so. Herrera's system with the truck and long hose obviously needs to be replaced or they should figure something else out. Prior to dealing with Herrera, I had never dealt with carpet cleaners. I trusted them and they are either unqualified or take advantage of customers. Either way am I out years of payments and was left with filthy carpets; which even more importantly was an unhealthy air environment. read more
