The quality of their work was excellent, and everything turned out exactly how we hoped. What really stood out was the owner's involvement. Geley checked in with us every day, was on-site working alongside his team, and kept us updated throughout the entire project. At the end of each day, he made sure we knew they were finished and that everything was secured before leaving. Geley also let us know that if we needed any touch-ups after the job, he would come back and take care of it, which gave us extra peace of mind. Herrera 1 Painting is reliable, professional, and attentive - we highly recommend them!

Jossie and his people did some drywall work at my old condo before I sold it a few years ago and he…read morementioned he also does paint. He was the only one to take such a small drywall job so I always wanted to find a bigger job that he might have time for. Fast forward and now I need my new home painted. So of course I reach out to Jossie and he responds right away and comes out to give me a quote. While he's working on his quote I mention that I need help with my yard since I injured my back. Jossie had a drywall guy, so of course he has an awesome landscaper that I also hired. As far as the actual painting goes, he went way above and beyond. I liked the idea of having all my walls be like 7 different colors that met at the corners. That is really, really annoying to do, but Jossie just complemented the colors we picked. I got so bold as to add another color and before he knew we were of course going to pay more, all he asked was for an extra paint roller. It's amazing how clean all the lines are and how even all the paint is. He's a perfectionist that still wasn't totally satisfied with the amazing job he did for us. Long review but worth it. One last thing- Jossie is a "guy that knows a guy". It is very rare to find someone that does quality work that also networks with other skilled trades people. As a homeowner or renter, you'll be lucky to find a guy that knows a guy like Jossie.

They did a great job with power washing before painting which is an important part of the prep to make the paint job lasts longer. They were efficient (took about 1 week to finish the job; only came to work on the house weekdays 8-4:30ish) and addressed every concern we had with some wood rot that needed to be replaced. Jose was responsive and sent updates along the way. He showed up when he said he was going to and was able to get started on our home within about a week after coming by in person to give a price estimate. Looks like they might also do other contracting work or at least cabinets so I may reach out again for that. Otherwise, I would recommend him for painting. He is an honest guy with fair pricing and does a great job.

TL;dr - Go with Arana…read more I've used Arana on three projects. Each and every time, they've hit it out of the park with superb work done on schedule, great communication, and reasonable prices. I've also worked with several other painting contractors who managed to deliver exactly none of these. Even though they had solid reviews and made a great first impression. Arana is not going to be the lowest price option. But between the quality of the work and the other benefits of dealing with a super-professional, tightly managed operation, any small premium you pay is going to be money extremely well spent. A lesson I wish I had learned several jobs earlier! Better late than never, I suppose. But seriously, go with them. They are that good.
