I follow up with them a day before the appointment which was late afternoon to confirm. Everything was set at 8:00 am. I waited for 1hr and nobody showed up. I called 3 times no one answers. Finally i get in touch with Nathan and ask if they were coming and he said we dont have anyone coming and wanted to reschedule. I ask him why is that when I confirmed the day before. He said I dont know and blame it to their CRM. This was unacceptable and poor bussiness practice.I suggest go somewhere else now i have to wait next week on my next day off. Please Beware
