He called before 9 to inform me that he was going to pick up the door and he would get to my house at 10. I was ok with 9 because I had to be at work at 11:30. I called my manager to let her know I would be late.He got there after 10. He came in asked to use my bathroom. 1st sign of an unprofessional. He was at least an hour when I politely asked how much longer. He got an attitude and told me it is hot outside like I don't know its summertime. I went there to get a windshield replaced and ended up with a broken rear view mirror. They did not inform me when it actually happened because they were trying to cover it up. They first tried to glue it back together, but that wouldn't work because that was going to take some time to dry. They ordered another rear-view mirror from a parts store that did not fit as well. They had put that in place of my original rear-view mirror as temporary replacement. I was sitting in the waiting room when all this was happening. When he called me up to let me know my car was ready and to pay for the services that is when he told me what had happened. Saying they had a little hiccup, but he had taken care of that. He showed me my rear-view mirror which they had glued back together. He told he was going to keep my original rear view mirror until it dries. Then he wanted me to come back in two days, then he was going to put my original mirror back on. I told him, sir when I brought my car up here my rear-view mirror was not broken, I'm not going to accept that. At that point I was so frustrated with him. Then he tells me he is going to make it right by ordering me another rear-view mirror from Amazon. Now I have already paid this man for the service which I hate I did. I went back the next day, and he tries to put the original rear-view mirror back on there and it did not work. I go back that following Monday, his technician who broke my original rear-view tried to put the Amazon rear-view mirror on and that did not fit. He puts a wedge in between to make it fit. I knew this business was not right, but I let them get over on me not knowing my rights.

Terrible. tried to work with them for 2 years. I've seen some of these same complaints about this…read morebusiness on other sites, but I thought I'd reinforce their validity. 1) Every time I've contacted the owner about an issue she always ends up somehow making it my fault. 2) Owner does not follow thru on any requests or fails to correct any issues I've brought to her attention or requested. Once again, always making it my fault. When we first began using them, it was obvious this was going to be a problem, so I leave a detailed list for the crew, but it does not help either. 3) Owner cannot stick to a schedule. Every time I've set one up, she still continues to show up and do whatever and whenever works for her, not what we'd agreed upon ( I've even tried documenting with written documentation/emails, etc. , but no help). 4) Owner lies. Whenever they don't do what we'd agreed upon she re-uses about 5 different excuses. Once again, never acknowledging her mistake. I believe she has no idea how laughable her excuses are and that it is obvious she is lying, but people just let her talk because they hate to embarrass her. Her excuses are usually some wild story about emails, texts, voice mail... lost, wrong, etc., etc. and is never capable of providing any proof. She seems to be a compulsive liar. 5) I have an elderly mother that I must take care of every morning and cannot have any service or cleaning scheduled before 1:00 pm. Owner completely ignores my request. The crew shows up at 9:00 am, 10:00, etc. whenever they want, she cannot/will not comply with my request.
