Terrible. tried to work with them for 2 years. I've seen some of these same complaints about this business on other sites, but I thought I'd reinforce their validity. 1) Every time I've contacted the owner about an issue she always ends up somehow making it my fault. 2) Owner does not follow thru on any requests or fails to correct any issues I've brought to her attention or requested. Once again, always making it my fault. When we first began using them, it was obvious this was going to be a problem, so I leave a detailed list for the crew, but it does not help either. 3) Owner cannot stick to a schedule. Every time I've set one up, she still continues to show up and do whatever and whenever works for her, not what we'd agreed upon ( I've even tried documenting with written documentation/emails, etc. , but no help). 4) Owner lies. Whenever they don't do what we'd agreed upon she re-uses about 5 different excuses. Once again, never acknowledging her mistake. I believe she has no idea how laughable her excuses are and that it is obvious she is lying, but people just let her talk because they hate to embarrass her. Her excuses are usually some wild story about emails, texts, voice mail... lost, wrong, etc., etc. and is never capable of providing any proof. She seems to be a compulsive liar. 5) I have an elderly mother that I must take care of every morning and cannot have any service or cleaning scheduled before 1:00 pm. Owner completely ignores my request. The crew shows up at 9:00 am, 10:00, etc. whenever they want, she cannot/will not comply with my request. read more
