I'll be giving them a ring again and keeping the business local (instead of with a nation-wide franchise).

I called this company and due to a faulty website (which the owners thought was fixed) I did not hear back. Jeanne did get back to me through text and then apologized for the faulty website. Jeanne and her son came 2 days later and walked around my mom's home and gave me a fair estimate to have a deep clean done. She told me she could come 3 days later! My mom did not want to leave her home with "strangers" so my mom and myself stayed for the entire day while Jeanne and assistant worked tirelessly to get the house cleaned. I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the results. My mom was thrilled and I was very satisfied that my mom's environment was safe for her due to her allergies. I will definitely use Viegas Cleaners again and will happily take my mom for lunch and a movie while the house is being cleaned. I would give more stars if possible!!

I called Bill Davis, the "Director of Operations" of Above the Rest Building Services, to attempt to get compensation. There was 'obviously' no way some of their window washers could bang against my window accidentally or otherwise (/s). Please, for the sake of all that is fair, do not hire them. If they do something like shatter your window, they are likely to blame it on the air current or something equally ridiculous.

The attic is only accessible through a cut out in the upstairs hallway with a drop-down ladder, and you have to crawl around on your hands and knees to get to stuff. It was also pretty hot up there today. Despite these difficulties, they worked diligently and got the job done in the time we had planned, plus a sofa and a gas grill moved to the dumpster to boot. But not only did they do a great job, but they were also extremely nice to work with. Very responsive . I put in a call for help on the Nextdoor Harvard site on Saturday, and the job is done today, Monday afternoon. You can read about them on this business listing, and what you read is what you get! I was hoping to have enough space for all my items. They even had some extra space to spare as well! Their method of moving and packing was superb. The move went smoothly. The guys took their time to carefully move all furniture and boxes in a timely manner. They worked so hard despite the heat of July. I stopped off and got them some coconut water to hydrate.
