Raquel taught me so many things in just a few hours of time together. It was an amazing value and I'm saving money already by not spending it on the wrong colors, shapes, styles, sizes and I think about new items in a different way - how much I love it and how many different items it goes with in my existing wardrobe. I see which items have the most value and which are expensive mistakes that wouldn't be versatile enough to wear with other items in my closet. How did it work? The approach she used in my case was to review colors (by my request) and then Style, Shop, Style. She put together a bunch of outfits from head to toe with accessories and shoes out of my closet, before I bought anything. The next step was to go shopping - she made a shopping list based on wardrobe gaps that were preventing me from making more outfits. Then we met again to style the new items. She made multiple outfits from each of the items. We set aside some items for hemming and tailoring - which I've already gotten done. I learned how to put outfits together in a batch so I don't agonize over outfit making in the mornings when I haven't had coffee. And she sent me photos of almost 40 outfits she put together in the two styling sessions. I used those photos to pack for a 10 day business trip. I picked out which outfits I wanted for different situations on the trip, and packed all the items including jewelry and shoes and I knew what to put together each day. It was so easy! I think the best part was going from not having an outfit at all to being so put together that I get compliments every day. While I feel much more self-sufficient, I still have some changes to make in my style. I want to take this to another level and I'll be working with Raquel again to achieve that very soon.

The worst part was how rude their customer service is. My 2.5 year old is deaf/hard of hearing and took off her hearing aid in the store. My husband put it in what he thought was our cart. When we realized he had misplaced her hearing aid, I went back inside to look for it. I asked one of the stockers to help and they ignored me. I then went to the front to ask for help and was told that I would need to look in the carts myself. I told the lady that my daughter needs the hearing aid to hear and they are very expensive but she blew me off again and told me to look myself. I then told her I had spent $60 in the store and that they were $12,000 and asked if she would please help me. She told me " not with that attitude I can't." She then forced me to take a breath and continued to berate me about my attitude after she had refused to help me. She finally did make an announcement and someone came forward with the hearing aid. I'll never go back to this store and would never recommend it to anyone.
