I was with my husband who took a comfortable seat at the front while I perused the showroom. Mind you another couple came in with us and they were not welcomed either! There were five sales associates at the register and not one single person spoke to me and I was actually looking at two pieces. Customer service is still a thing and whoever is managing this particular store should be embarrassed! I bet not one person made their daily sales goal today lol! Anyway! You get a strong "0" in my review today and I will not be back and would NEVER refer anyone to your store! The Worst Customer Service I experienced in a long time!!! We were wondering if we should buy a couch, and they brought several different sized coffee tables over, so we could visibly see and compare how it would look with the sofa. I thought the store selection and prices were fine as well. Understand that most (not all) items are marked 50% off. Items on clearance can be up to 90% off, but obviously these items go fast. Some items that have no damage, it can take 90-180 days before they get marked down. The overall selection was good and I would rate it as one of the better RH outlet locations that I have been to.

Terrible Customer Service - Buyer Beware!…read more I had a terrible experience at Ashley Furniture in Oxnard. I received a text directly from Ashley advertising FREE White Glove Delivery on purchases over $2,999, yet I was charged for delivery, and all my furniture was left in boxes at my doorstep! Management claimed I had to finance to qualify, even though the text never stated that. They refused to honor the promotion or make things right. To make matters worse, the salesperson quoted me one price, but my invoice reflected a different amount, which they also refused to honor. You can find the same Ashley furniture through other online retailers, sometimes for less. Delivery may take longer, but it's worth avoiding this frustration. Extremely disappointing customer service. I would NOT recommend this location!

One of my favorite things about this place is that you can walk around and browse at your leisure, also they always have a lot of items discounted at really amazing prices. They're near several other furniture stores so it's a good place to go and browse around for new home furnishings! Beware: What you measure in the store is not what gets delivered…read more My experience with Reed's Furniture was a total nightmare. We bought a sectional months ago based on a spec sheet provided in-store by our sales rep, Toni. When the couch arrived 6-8 weeks later, it was 7.5 inches shorter than the ordered specs--missing nearly a full seat's worth of space. Toni initially agreed it was incorrect with photo proof and promised a replacement corner piece in 6 weeks. Instead, after weeks of us chasing him down through excuses and unreturned calls, he sent a generic text stating the vendor treats measurements as "approximate." Coming from a sales and construction background, I've never seen a business operate like this. They will happily take thousands of dollars based on precise spec sheets, only to hide behind "approximate sizes" after delivery. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

Now, you could probably get them slightly cheaper online without going to this store, but I appreciate the time and care the owner gave to us. (We took a while to decide on the colors, and it was nice to be able to see the couch samples and colors in person.) We weren't about to take an hour of the owner's time and then order online.
