I'm sorry but I don't understand all the 5 star reviews and I'm sorry in advance that this is my…read moreworst Yelp review I have ever written. Dr. G? But the G stands for Goof. I had a 3pm appt. I was a previous patient but because of the time that went by I had to fill out a bunch of new paperwork (not a problem). After the 20 minutes it took to fill out the paperwork to then wait in line again to hand to the reception, I sat back and waited another 20 minutes by the reception because seats were limited and no one told me to go anywhere else. After minute 20, the receptionist came up to me and told me to go wait on the other side of the room so the chiropractors can see that I'm waiting for them.... The whole setup with 2 different sides is just dumb and confusing. 40 minutes in, someone finally came up to me (it was Dr. G) and he said are you ready to get adjusted... I said I'm here for a consultation I've been here 40 minutes... I wasn't sure why I was on the side to get an adjustment because I needed X-rays first. How could you adjust me when you haven't seen my X-rays first? Someone could have easily done that while I was waiting! He then said one moment and came back in 5 minutes and then just had me sit down to get adjusted because the X-ray technician was not available. At this point I was just letting it be. He finished the adjustment and said to schedule my next appointment and was getting rid of me quickly. I said I'm sorry to remind you again but I am here for a CONSULTATION and what I really came for was X-RAYS. After visibly being very annoyed and scoffing with me, he reluctantly brought me to the X-ray room and did them himself. Honestly, he seemed to have no idea what he was doing. I'm honestly scared for the amount of radiation I got from his 6 X-rays where he really was moving around very inexperienced. My "consultation" was absolutely ridiculous and I won't be back. I was going in for a new patient appointment which included X-rays and I had to fight him on giving them to me. I of course made sure to get his name because he hadn't said it this whole time. I then went to check out and the receptionist to pay said she had to see if my they take my insurance... I'm sorry what were you doing for the last hour after I checked in? They have free snacks and drinks in the lobby and I saw a family of 4 eat their dinner's worth and it was just gross to watch. I can tell from when I walked in this is a rotating machine of patients, they will not care about you it's like a sweatshop. I have been to so many amazing chiropractors and this one isn't it I'm sorry.

Just an update. I've been through a lot health-wise over the past few years, and not only did Dr…read more Clements help straighten me out, but he also took the time to show me what I could do at home to further my care. I really appreciated that about him. So many people today seem to be in it for the money, and when a doctor tells you what you can do at home, knowing that it may mean you don't have to come in as often, that says a lot. It doesn't matter to him. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants what's best for them. It never feels like a money grab. Here's part of a letter I recently wrote to him: "Thank you, Dr. Clements! It's so refreshing to work with you because you really do care about us. After getting that roller and using it daily for 10, and now 15 minutes, I'm amazed. At first my back was cracking and popping. Now it's not, but it's getting stretched out better than I can ever remember, at least in recent memory. Most of the sensations I was feeling through my neck, throat, face, etc. have all subsided. Those were super scary too. OMG, my friend. I've had some days where it started coming back. I even had one wave where I went through every single symptom I had experienced, but it happened in about 20 minutes instead of 20 days. That was wild. So my body is still adjusting, but every time I stretch, I just feel that much better. Please remember what I went through and how much you've helped me. I know there will be others dealing with this same thing in the future who will welcome the relief. Just wanted to let you know and say thank you." Dr. Clements is an excellent chiropractor, a caring person, and someone I trust. I'm very grateful for the help he's given me and would gladly recommend him to others.

I've been coming here for years, both for routine adjustments and for injuries, and I can't say…read moreenough good things about Dr. Kim and Dr. Palzer. They're both incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really know how to get to the root of what's causing your pain instead of just treating the symptoms. Dr. Kim was the first chiropractor I ever saw, and honestly, he made me a believer. I was dealing with bulging discs that caused constant, intense pain. The medical doctors and physical therapists I saw only recommended pain medication and exercises that actually made things worse. Dr. Kim told me, "Give me six visits," and sure enough, after six visits, I was pain-free. It honestly felt like a miracle. He's currently helping me recover from a rotator cuff injury, and every time I leave the office, I feel noticeably better. A few years ago, when Dr. Kim was out recovering from an illness, Dr. Palzer took over my care. I ended up staying with him for quite a while for my regular adjustments because he was just as caring, skilled, and thorough. I've recommended him to several friends over the years, and they've all had great experiences too. The whole office has always been friendly and welcoming, and you never feel rushed. If you're looking for chiropractors who genuinely care about their patients and know what they're doing, I highly recommend Dr. Kim and Dr. Palzer.

I saw the chiropractor and he was nice and adjusted me quickly. I will say, he did spend a good amount of time pitching the packages they have and how it's a good deal etc which I honestly don't care to hear from someone that's literally there to adjust me. I rather hear the sales pitch from the sales people that aren't doing any of the medical work. Other than that it was a good experience. One thing I didn't realize is that they only do adjustments and no chiropractic massages which I was interested in due to neck pain that causes migraines. Oh well!
