I took the car back for some touch up work, the service manager remembered my name, having only met me once, briefly. All staff were friendly and willing to answer questions. The only quibble I have with the whole process is their web site uses TradePending to value your trade-in. When at the dealer, they use KBB. TradePending's value is not near that of KBB. In my case it was way higher. If you are doing research prior to going in for a new vehicle, keep this in mind.

One of the tires blew, which then caused the coolant hose and rear air break hose to get sliced in half!! I was calling around to every mechanic in the area and no one could help us, either they didn't answer, didn't service school buses, or didn't have a mechanic. Kings Towing and Truck Repair out of Pasco, WA were amazing. The gal I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and she got with their mechanic and they got a plan together. It was nice to talk an actual person and not a computer. They were out fixing the bus within two hours from the time I called. To top it off, they sent two mechanics to the job and delivered the bus over an hours away to the hotel that the team was at once the bus was fixed, this was around 3am!! Who does that!?? Kings Towing and Truck Repair does! We were so blessed and appreciate this company and the lengths they took to help us. THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE INVOLVED WITH HELPING US!!!

We called about 8 different roofing companies to see if we could get it the roof tarped first, and replaced after that. Double R was the company who not only called us back promptly...within 5 minutes...they came out within the HOUR to tarp it in order to prevent further damage on the weekend! They were one of 2 companies who even bothered to call back. The second company didn't serve Yakima and they called back the next day! Now to the roof. What an amazing job and at an incredible price. These guys showed up and never stopped working for days! They also included gutters and they look so sharp. It's beautiful, and our heat pump has slowed down so much! The quality has kept our home toasty....with a high quality 40 year roof. I have dealt with a lot of contractors. I know the games that some of them will play. Not these guys. I highly recommend them to anyone. If it matters, I am a female and have often had contractors dismiss me, especially if my husband is nearby. This was not the case here at all. The group is professional, prompt, kind, diligent, honest...all of the words I struggle to apply to some contractors. With no reservations, I recommend them.

No starter strip and billed for a 40 year shingle and installed bottom dollar. Exposed nails, no flashing etc. I do not recommend this company. I can lift the front shingle on the roof and see particle boards.
