After my dad passed away, I offered to pay the rest of the money for the car to be worked on. (And my dad already paid $4,400) I was rejected for making a payment and said I could pay afterwards then told it would be done within 3 months. It's been 4 months. When I called last month, I was told that it would be done by last week. When I called no one knew the answer if it was done then said I'd receive a call back. I've called 8 times since then and left messages. I even texted one of the owners. It's ridiculous that I'd have to post anything on social media to HOPE to get a call back. I will be there on Monday to pick up the Mustang since legally it's mine now and I'll make sure to bring proof. Please have it put together. See you Monday.

Took car in for oil change. We were first and only customer In auto care. Were told it would be 30…read moreminutes. Hour and thirty minutes later, we were told car was chosen for "audit". Asked to opt out of "audit". Was told not possible! Will not be returning to ANY Walmart in the future for auto-care. Incidentally, the last time my other car was taken in-for oil change, different Walmart, the oil pan was stripped. Cost me plenty to have their carelessness corrected. Take your vehicle to a reputable service shop where you will receive prompt courteous knowledgeable service.

Customer Service is poor. I bought a battery & walked out to my car & my car was dead. I went…read moreback inside to see if one of their service men could install the battery for me & was as shooed back to my car. 15 minutes later still no one in sight on their way to help( keep in mind it is 30 degrees outside) so I went back inside to find out if they were planning on installing the battery. The worker said yes one of our guys will be out there as soon as he has a chance it's been another 15 to 20 minutes of me freezing and still no one in site on their way to help install my battery. If number one they would've first gave me the option of the installation I probably would've done it but number two told me it was going to be longer than a few minutes and I could've called one of my friends or family members to help me. I hate that I have already spent my money here I would much rather spend it somewhere else and spent more on the battery if I had to just to have a halfway decent service. I will never be back here for any automotive purchase again! In the meantime I have a family member coming to help me because I would rather not give this company anymore of my hard-earned money for horrible relations.
