I, who live in the Seattle area, intervened and cancelled that contract and proceeded to talk with Ben at Royal. Ben was very accommodating and had no issues dealing with me instead of my Dad. The roof was just installed two days ago and my Dad couldn't be happier. The workers that were on site were very polite and extremely hard workers, and they did a great job cleaning up. They have been reported by co-workers as targeting senior when they drive thru neighborhoods offering services. My dad lives in a 1500 ft one story home and was charged $29,000 with financing. I have had co-workers have the same experience with their parents here in Moses Lake. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I am trying to reach them to re-negotiate the loan price. This is a really disgraceful way to finacially harm seniors.

When I called to ask what the timeline might be they said somebody would call me back. Next day nobody called me back, so I called them and was once again was told somebody would call me back. I am currently still waiting for that phone call so I may update this review depending on how it goes. For a company that boasts all of their 5 star reviews on their website it sure hasn't seemed like a 5 star experience for me so far. Update: this is intended for alpine roofing and I have the right page. After talking with Christine and Ben (who was a little accusatory) it sounds like their call center made am error and never scheduled anything despite saying they would. I am supposed to have somebody come out at 5pm today (still haven't gotten an email confirmation yet) and will update further . Final update 3/19/2026 my appointment was confirmed with Oscar, one of the techs. Got a call from the operations manager who said that due to my frustrations at the company it would be best for them to cancel and not perform the work. Hopefully they get their AI scheduling system figured out to avoid wasted time in the future. I'll keep monitoring this review to ensure it stays up for others to see.

I had rain gutters installed fall of 2023. They were prompt on the installation. One of the…read moredownspouts was put directly over a sprinkler head and others were very close to my foundation. I called last fall and was told they would look in the spring. I have called asking for this issue to be resolved. Daniel came out and looked at it one day and said he would order parts, next call said he was waiting for the correct color. This has been over several months and I have not heard back that they had received the parts needed to correct the issue. Doing the work was not the issue, the after sale customer service is lacking.
