In the follow-up, Dr. Pandya was thorough in his explanations and set my mind at ease about using CPAP equipment. (a video is available). Now, over a year later, I can't thank him enough. I was able to leave a voice mail one time, but ever since then get a recording saying the mailbox is full. Sent them an email, and got an automated reply that basically said "we got your email". That was three days ago. No phone calls, no emails. If this is the way they do business, I don't want to trust them with my health care.
