I've never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns. I was seen promptly, with a very short wait time. From the receptionist to the nurse, everyone was welcoming and professional. The office is clean, modern, and well-managed. I always feel valued and cared for by Dr. Deonarine and his staff.

Over the past few years I have been referring many of my clients to Dr. Tee. Recently he saw a 90…read moreyear old male. After several test the patient was told he needed a pacemaker. Dr. Tee made him feel at ease, comfortable and confident. Immediately the staff set everything up. The surgery went very well. I do urge to stay over night after that procedure. Dr. Tee has a exceptional staff, his office coordinator Jennifer does her job well, if there is an issue and need to be seen or a test done, I am confident it will happen quickly. When dealing with cardiac patients issues arise. The team gets it done. There isn't a day I go in with a client that we are not greatest with a smile, from everyone in the office. It really makes for a nice environment. Recently a patient came in and was loud, they handle the situation very professionally. He calmed and was out in a flash. Dr. Tee recently took on a general doctor, he is accomplished in many areas which gives Dr. Tee a well rounded practice. I am now are referring to DO Peterson as well. Carol Sala Elder Care Of Vero

Yesterday, my parents went into Dr. Tee's office for a cardiology appointment. My dad who is 87,…read morehas severe lung cancer (among others), and has trouble standing and walking, took several hours to get ready for his cardiology appointment. When he and my mom arrived, he went to the window to check in. No one opened the window to acknowledge his presence. No check-in process was available. So since he has having trouble standing, he simply called out his name and sat down. My mom went to the window ten minutes later, and again, no one came. Twenty to thirty minutes later, my dad questioned from his chair why they were being ignored. A front desk person opened the window angrily and yelled at him "why are you speaking loudly?" Then said I will discharge you for this. My parents sat quietly for 45 minutes while others were served. Then, when they inquired why they weren't being attended to, they were told that my dad had been permanently discharged from the practice. They were shocked as my dad has been Dr. Tee's patient for over twenty years. They said Dr. Tee had been informed and completely agreed with the decision. When my parents questioned that decision, the women behind the glass, and the nurses, threatened to call the police and a nurse said she "didn't feel safe" (which is laughable, given that my dad can barely walk, and hardly stand up!). They became verbally abusive with my elderly parents and then said that Dr. Tee completely agreed with this discharge. This is not the first, second, or third time that we have heard of Dr. Tee's office staff abusing their power, but today they took it to a whole new level. I was never impressed with their lackluster care, but am sickened by their behavior and will make sure everyone hears about this. This office is run by a bunch of high school bullies who finally got their moment and were verbally abusive with and humiliated my sick father. I hope these women are pleased with themselves for threatening and traumatizing a severely ill old man, and I hope anyone that reads this thinks twice about bringing their aging parents anywhere near this office. Dr. Tee should be ashamed at the incompetence of his team and the hostile nature of his environment. Further, he should be ashamed of how he, a cardiologist, failed to support a more that twenty year patient, and do nothing about it. Is it that they over committed to patients and want to get rid of the elderly? Sure sounds like it me!
