MIke and his team worked with our schedule, communicated through every step of the process and came in at a very good price. The job ended up being bigger than originally thought due to parts of the house not being accessible during the first walk though, but they were still able to accomplish it within our timeframe. They also went above and beyond to locate a missing piece of artwork that a family member wanted. In addition to the house cleanout, we contracted them to do landscaping on the overgrown yard. MIlton was able to get in there before our real estate photo were taken and it greatly helped us speed up the sale of the house.
