Eric was able to get right out and get the job done. Pet stains......CLEANED. Since he was coming out I also decided to get some large remnants cleaned in my basement. Let me tell you, they were dirty and stained and now they are looking great. I discovered Eric about 2 years ago as a result of an emergency situation and a Groupon, and I'm so happy I did. Not only has he done a fantastic job for me and my family, but he is a very nice person as well. It's been a pleasure to have him do work for us over the years and refreshing to deal with someone that you can continue to give 5 stars! 7/22/2015 I've used Eric on numerous occasions over the past 2 years for both carpet and upholstery cleaning. Eric did his most recent work for me this week. He has been courteous, prompt and done an excellent job for me each time. I highly recommend his services.

The cleaning of our living room and stairway carpets did not get off to a good start. They were…read moresupposed to arrive between 10 & 12. After we moved all of the furniture out of the rooms, took the dogs to get groomed, and had plans for the kids to be out of the house in the morning we got a call stating they would not be there until 1:00. Messed up our plans for the day, but our carpets needed to be cleaned. The owner, Eric, showed up and pointed out the dark area of the carpet which we thought was dirt but he said was wear. After the cleaning the area still looked dirty, but the owner insisted that it was dark because it was worn, not dirt. We took a clean paper towel to the area after Eric left, and it went from white to brown with a few wipes of the "worn" area. We then brought out the towels to scrub a little deeper, and quickly went through 15+ towels getting the area much cleaner. All we used was the wetness of the chemicals that Eric originally cleaned the carpet, no additional products on our end. Being really disappointed with the results of Eric's cleaning I took pictures and texted him the images of the dirty towels asking him to call me back. I did receive a call back. I was debating whether to write this Yelp review before the call. The conversation definitely made my mind up for me. He mentioned that the Amazon Local voucher that we used was for a surface cleaning only. At no time during his arrival and setup was this mentioned, and certainly not when we were talking about the dirty area he called worn. On our call he mentioned that any additional deep cleaning would be an extra cost. All Eric had to say was that if we want the "worn" area clean, he could do a deep clean and it would cost X dollars. So he decided to lie to us and call the area worn verses doing the right thing Most people do not like to be up-sold, but where it is a legitimate need most people will see the value. We were never given that option. When I mentioned that to him he told me that he was tired of being told no the to deep cleaning that he stopped asking. This is the owner of the business who has the most to gain from getting people to purchase additional services from him. Having to deal with his lateness (at least he called), the lie on the carpet condition, lack of desire to tell me options, and zero customer service skills to make up for his lie, I would not recommend this business to anyone. He was extremely apathetic on the call. We made the mistake of changing from our original carpet cleaners trying to save some bucks. In the end we will pay more to get the job done right 3/12/13 Yelp pulled the pictures of my experience because they are looking for pictures OF the business not their work. He/his team worked in a small apartment that has been vacant for a long time and brought it back to live in condition! Floors (tile, wood, carpet), carpet inside and out of cabinets (special req I'm guessing for inside the cabinets), I don't know because he was happy to accommodate any of my requests. It is a tiny place, but with 10' ceilings, I wouldn't have been able to myself. Flexible on scheduling. Great communication. Easy to work with. I am shocked I have to write this because we have had very good prompt service in the past. And…read moretruthfully, the problem is not their service. The problem is they damaged my driveway and now refuse to pay for the repair. Long story: Months ago I damaged the edge of my 200ft driveway closest to the septic tank by driving off the back edge causing a crack approximately 18" long with my full size pickup. When we scheduled our latest septic service we asked that the driver bring pads or mats fearing the truck may have to drive off the same area to get close to our tank. The scheduler said they would make a note and notify the driver. When the driver arrived he backed down our driveway and as he adjusted the truck in the position he wanted the front wheels went over the edge in 4 spots causing major cracks to the side of the driveway more than 50ft from the area I was concerned about, due to the weight. After the service, and once the truck was moved I noticed the damage and notified the driver, "Abe" who stated he was "the one who always breaks stuff". He acknowledge the damage, took photos and wrote it on the invoice at my request. He forwarded the photos to the office. Now after several emails and phone calls, Abe is saying he merely drove over an already damaged area. This is completely false and they continue to argue about having to pay for the repair. Beware.
