I had work done by these guys. NOT at all happy. They trimmed the bushes which was ok but the…read morelandscaping and the owner (Dan) leaves ALOT to be desired. They promised to have the work done in two days. Ha. They never showed up until noon each day. They asked for 1/2 of estimate up front. After three days the landscaping was not done and they did a horrible job on most of it. Dad asked for the rest of money on Friday and "stupid" me I paid them with a promise from him that they would be back either Saturday or Monday for sure. "I have a reputation to uphold" say's Dan. Well that reputation was shot all to H. They never showed up again and I had to call every day with a promise that they would be back the "next" day. They had left all there tools here so I gathered them up and locked them in the garage. They still had 1/2 ton on my landscaping rock and hadn't sprayed for weeds which was in the contract. Finally on the following Friday they showed. Dad came with two teenagers to help. I went out to give them their tools and then I showed him how the part that was somewhat done. I said they must have ran out of landscaping edgeing because they left about a foot and a half without any. Also there was white plastic showing in several places where they didn't put enough rock. Dan started yelling at me and said"Get in the house lady!!! or I am leaving right now!!!! I told him that it was my yard and he couldn't order me around. AGAIN he said"Get in the house lady or I am leaving!!!! I have never dealt with a contractor that was so rude. I did go in the house but watched them out the window. I didn't want him to drive away with my rock that I had paid for. The rest of the landscaping around the deck was done very poorly. They didn't pick up the river rock that was there and put very little plastic down. They poured the red granite on TOP of he river rock leaving a lot of places showing thru. I would have gladly paid for more rock but Dan said "I am not going to get more rock!!!! That was his job right!!! Now I will have to deal with it and I will have to have some more granite delivered. I am 75 years old and that is why I contracted it in the first place. . Dad said he was going back home to get the weed sprayer but of course he never showed his face again. At that point I did not want him near my place again. I was actually afraid of him. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!!!

Constantly follow up with them otherwise you will be forgotten about. Waited patiently 3 months for them to complete a job (got part of it done, made mistake of paying before it was done. My bad wont happen again) Also will not use in future. Did good when they got a job done. Don't also normally leave bad reviews but I gave them ample chance to fix this and didn't seem to really take me seriously. I had contractors come in at a lower price that would do compareable work. They tried to give me the song and dance that virtual no one does as good of work as they do, and I hate to break it to you but that simply is not true. You need to keep your prices competitive, especially in a market where people talk. The second time I used them ( first go around got an awesome deal on roof and gutters) they were asking 3,000 more than anyone else. I promptly told them that I decided that I am going to go with someone more affordable after getting better quotes and they came down "by using rebates", but still $600 more then my highest bidder saying that the other guys basically didn't know how to add up supplies and they were the only ones that could get it done in 2 days ( also not true). They promised to do the shed (never happened, should have been done then now they are telling me they can't because might be frozen to ground, had some beautiful days this week shed would not be frozen to ground, no call. I am now going to have to have my husband and step dad do it even though I feel I paid extra since it was in fact written the contract even though now they are saying they were doing me a favor). I contacted them this weekend simply asking when they were going to do this (3 months later) and basically was told to go lie by my dish. welp that was a mistake to tell your customer who has let you do not one but 2 roofs. Only giving 3 stars because I think they did a good job...when they did the job. Honestly, first don't use your personal cell phone as your work phone. I sent a text because I was not expecting an answer right away and you dont answer email well. I just needed to know when you could complete the job. Now you lost a customer because of poor customer service. Really too bad.

Initially, I contracted with Tom and his company to install gutters on my house; however, at about…read morethe same time my gutters were being installed my new roof started leaking. Of course, the guy who installed the roof denied any fault and then blamed me for picking a tar-based flat-top roof as opposed to the rubber roof that he insisted on....trouble is...he never recommended the rubber roof and didn't return any of my calls after that...buckets were collecting spring rain in my attic. If you want his name just let me know....anyways....Tom came out right away looked at my roof and instantly knew that the flat-top was installed incorrectly. He was able to show me how my original contractor installed it on a completely flat service and that the installation instructions state that it needs to be installed at a small slant. Tom informed me if he simply used a piece of ply board to create a small slant there would not be any water sitting on top of my roof working its way slowly into the house. Tom made my roof a priority and had his crew fix it immediately. He gave me a good deal based on me being a previous customer and probably because he knew I was bitter about the whole thing and needed a smile. I have nothing but praise for this company. I feel a bit guilty about not writing this review sooner. It's been a few years since he fixed my roof and installed my gutters. Both are working great. If you want a job done right, these are the guys to call.

My basement flooded at the end of June and it is still torn apart. I had to reach out to get the original pictures and mitigation report sent to my insurance company as it was September and they had not received it. No one followed up with me after I called, but it was sent so I guess there's that. I requested a different contractor and instead the company had the same one call. Andrew's message said "I hear you're looking for a contractor, if that's true you can call me back". To be honest, next time I will probably use a different company. Maybe they've changed ownership...if that's true, it really shows.
