There is a round about parking near the entrance with a moderate amount of parking spaces but if you go past that further in there are more parking available. The play ground is quite large compared to other smaller park playgrounds. The cool think i like was that stairs from the first parking lot with the restrooms connect to the playground. So kids can jump right into the fun. Next to the playground its surrounded with plenty of picnic tables (concrete) and lets parents sit and relax while the kids play. The playground has multiple entries with two slides? Two monkey bars, stepping stone style elevated steps, a fireman pole, etc... definitely a fun park to come to. There is a little creek adjacent to the playground where you get a nice tranquil stream of flowing water drowned by the screams and laughter of children in the background, lol.. its nice really and something that sets it apart. We did not go further past the stream but there appears to be additional tables and a trail. Had a great time meeting our friends there and enjoying some fun times with the kids in the process. My kids loved it.

Once you head down the slope, it does feels like a secret hideaway beyond the trees. This was especially apparent during the late December rainfall, where the wet and gusty weather resulted in many fallen leaves. The air was extra crisp, a perfect place to run around or play hide and seek. I've also come here before during the summer, and I can tell the management takes great care of keeping this place clean. The hike itself is relatively easy with some stairs and incline as well as a nice view to boot. Exercise stations are sprinkled around the top portion which the regulars here can benefit from.

Anyhow, we parked our car at the Diamond Bar City Center then we started to hike. This trail is about a 1.5-mile loop trail. It takes an average of 47 min to complete. I would say this is an easy hike for us. However, we enjoyed this beautiful trail with some nice views up on the mountain. Some sections are a little steep but not to the top. This is a popular trail for hiking. We hiked on New Year's Day and the weather was so nice and it had a lot of people there. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.

I loved how it is secluded from the city and it was very quiet and less crowded. There is a parking lot that holds about 15-20 cars. Even on the weekends, it was still quiet. I loved how the park was well maintained and clean. The bathrooms were also very clean. The park offered 2 age groups background, 2-5 yrs and 5-12 yrs. The playground was pretty new as well too. My son loves coming here and be entertained for awhile and still want to go home. I love the fact I don't have to worry about watching my son whenever I'm at this park. The park offers a walking trail for you and your dogs. There are benches and even a bbq grill.

Even at night the park is very safe. The paddle ball court is quite popular and usually a wait if you want to play during peak hours. The park is right across from Maple Hills Elementary School. The park offers about 20 parking spaces but you can also park on Maple Hills Road if you can't find parking. The city of Diamond Bar did a major renovation to build a brand new playground, new bathrooms, and basketball court. It's a really clean and beautiful park. The city does a good job in maintaining the park as well. This small park offers tennis court, paddle ball court, basketball court, playground and a huge open field to play soccer. This park is also dog friendly. I see many people walk their dogs and neighbors that live around the area enjoys walking to the park. There are plenty of benches to sit at and also several picnic tables located by the tennis courts.

There's slight incline if you plan to do some walking but there is some paved paths where I did see folks walking around. There are poop along the path and also on the grass. This is wonderful park to have in the neighborhood. Wished I lived a bit closer and wished we came prepared with a picnic blanket. Tips: -Small parking lot. -Restroom available. -Basketball courts. -Small playground with 2 swings.

Very relaxing and enjoyable. There is limited parking in the parking lot, but you can also park on the curb. Just check out the street parking times. There are city parking times where you're not to park there, unless collecting parking tickets is your thing.

We've been here twice in the last couple of months and my kids love it. (The city is updating the baseball/softball fields next to the playground). Parking could have a larger lot, but when the lot is full, there's plenty of street parking. And the playground has bathrooms right next to it. They added a new playground area bunch of new playground toys and just seems a lot more fun for the kids compared to the previous arrangement. The Park and play area appears to be larger than it was before which is a plus the old playground was kind of outdated, but this new one has a lot of fun activities for kids. It was very spacious very kid and toddler friendly. They also have a picnic area for people to rent space to have birthday parties and other celebratory events. There's some lighting in the playground area so even after hours you could still play for a little bit they are doing construction near the baseball field. Parking was pretty accessible led right to the park. There's a good amount of parking and then also you could probably park in the neighborhood nearby if there is no space but I never had an issue since I've been there the last two times highly recommend checking out this park and my daughter loves to come and play here.

The playground is nice and clean with good facilities and there's those exercise machines too. It does get a bit crowded since a lot of the local community comes here to walk, hang out, and there's baseball and soccer games. Once in awhile, there's food trucks here too. Parking can get a bit tough during those times, but the surrounding neighborhoods work too. Very clean, very safe and populated.

I didn't walk the whole park but it appears pretty large. I played PBall there with my son and the people are NICE. We played with two sets of strangers and they were very welcoming for us out-of-towners. Put paddles on top of the goal and the first on the right is next, they move the paddles to the right as groups go on. Recommended for PBall!

We encountered a huge brown spider (maybe poisonous) on the trail. There were benches everywhere which was nice too. The only downfall with this park was that there wasn't a restroom (that I could find). Going somewhere with toddlers means you've got to have access to a restroom so that's my only note!

Though it is by a busy intersection, the city did a great job with making sure to create fencing and plants that provide enough distance from the street to the playground. High fencing and nice touch with the plants. I always love walking to that park when I need time to journal.
