Property owners looking to use this company for "move-in/move-out cleaning" should be cautious…read more Take a look at other reviews regarding this service. They only clean for three hours, and if you ask them to focus on something like the fridge, they may not properly clean other areas. In my experience, they left my kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom surfaces covered in dust, grease, and dirt. When they finished, they didn't check in with me, the homeowner, to make sure the job met my expectations. Instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed my concerns with a careless response. This is an hourly cleaning service, not a true move-in/move-out cleaning. I regret not taking more photos to show how poorly they cleaned, as I had to spend the night finishing the job for my tenant. BEWARE.

They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! It turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I was disappointed, inconvenienced, and I have lost trust in them. I would look elsewhere.

I hired Loyalty Cleaning & Management for few months already and finally write them a review now…read more As we were moving out and selling our old house, searching online and found them, I called Eric for a few times and we couldn't reach each other at first, but I was glad I reached him finally. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

Do not use this company! I never leave Yelp reviews but given the lack of professionalism and…read morerudeness I experienced with this company I was enticed to leave this review to warn others! This business is the most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I scheduled two cleanings with Andrew for two separate days within a one week span for our vacation home. I had to put down a credit card to book the two cleanings. Then Andrew cancelled my cleaning the night before I was scheduled for our first cleaning and made an excuse that his employee threw his/her back. I assumed he'd accommodate me for the day after but he didn't even offer to reschedule me. When I requested that he reschedule me for the next day he text me later that night saying they are too booked and can't accommodate me. When I asked about my second reservation, he responds with the same text that "Sorry like I said earlier I'm not able to move any of the other clients. If anything changes I can update you. Sorry for the inconvenience." I had to ask again what about my second cleaning that I had prebooked. Andrew responded with the duplicate message. I asked directly a third time whether he's cancelling my second reservation as well that I had prebooked and he simply says he has no availability with no explanation as to why he's cancelling my second reservation. I'm questioning if this is even a legitimate cleaning company or a scam since they require you to put down your credit card! Even if this is a legitimate company they are extremely unreliable and unprofessional! I'm not from this area and booked this company's services prior to our trip to ensure we had our vacation rental cleaned during our 9 day stay. Andrew's last minute cancellation and unprofessionalism to accommodate me for another day and then to proceed with canceling my second reservation was beyond inconsiderate and unprofessional.
