They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! It turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I was disappointed, inconvenienced, and I have lost trust in them. I would look elsewhere.

Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

Poor customer service. I used SAB cleaning a year ago for a period of 1.5 years and I had no…read morecomplaints; reason why I'm not giving a one star. Fast track a year of service and I begin noticing changes in the cleaning (cleaning aid was no longer changing the garbage bags, instead of two people , only one person was coming to clean my home (it's supposed to be a team of two) and schedules became more difficult to coordinate. Apparently the main cleaning aid that I had built a rapport with had left SAB but no one bothered to mention it to me until I called out the cleaning Aid and asked what was going on. My contract was with SAB yet I never received any notice from them. I contacted them and they said they would look into it but never replied. When I followed up they referred me to their Miami division manager. I spoke with her and we scheduled a meeting to meet, it was a no show, they never came by. I followed up again and I was advised by the office manager that she would speak to the owner. Guess what happened next: again no call back, no follow up. Nothing. The only reason why I am not giving a one star review is because of the 1.5 years of cleaning service provided. What a disappointment.

SAB used to be great. We used them for a long time and never had issues. Then I had construction on…read moremy house so I had to stop service. When I started back up again, I had different people (apparently the girl i used before - Michelle - was no longer with the company) and they do a terrible job. 1. They used to clean my house for at least 2.5, usually 3 hours. I have a 4 BR 3.5 bath so this seems reasonable to me. The new people were done in 1-1.5 hours. This is completely unreasonable for a house of my size. See #3. 2. They used to charge me $85 every other week. When they started again after renovation, they charged me $130 for a "deep" clean and then $95 bi-weekly. They said they could not match the $85 that they used to offer me. Not to mention the "deep" clean was only 2 hours long and was the same exact cleaning as a normal cleaning. I inquired about this and they told me to make up for it they can offer another "deep" cleaning for the $95. So basically that did nothing since the "deep" cleaning was the same as the normal cleaning. 3. My house was NOT EVEN CLEAN. I literally took a white wash cloth to my shower when they said they were done and I filled the whole towel with soap scum and grime. It was like they didn't even touch it. I politely asked them to re clean it, which they did. While they were doing that I went downstairs to check their work and the stairs still had dirt and cat hair on them. The kitchen sink was not cleaned at all. The downstairs bathroom not even touched. The kitchen floor had crumbs and dirt still on it. They did not even mop the upstairs. Not to mention they left my door open downstairs for 20 minutes and I have noticed several bugs flying around. Needless to say I will be terminating the service and I would recommend avoiding SAB Cleaning.
