I purchased my home through DR horton. They contracted with Heritage. The flooring through out my house has gaps between each tile piece. I had a scheduled appointment today for this company to come and replace all the floors. I moved all my furniture and waited all day. Well they never showed up and never called. Needless to say I am beyond pissed off. Wasting my time and energy moving furniture just to move it back and not have any of it fixed. This is not the first time I had a scheduled appointment and they never showed. Worst customer service!! I would give then -5 stars! read more

We purchase a new home and needed to have some warranty repair done on our flooring that was installed by them. There were 2 gentleman in my home the entire day fixing the mistakes. I was home as well the entire time but there was still enough time for them to steal from us. I reported this and was given the number to the Supervisor Bruno. I called several times and they never answer the phone. I left several voicemail messages asking for a call back and nothing! People will be people I get that but not returning my call and at least acting like you care gets me even more furious. Stay clear of this company!! Just like many have mentioned, we were stuck with Heritage due to our home builders working with them. They were supposed to come out and fix our carpet and for the 2nd time, this company is a no show! They give a huge waiting period from 8am-4pm, and still a no show! Today it was mentioned that we would be the first stop due to the first no show, and still nothing has been completed. I am beyond frustrated taking off work twice for a no show. No calls, no apologies, nothing but a terrible job on the carpet they initially put in. We have a huge lump that goes across the room and multiple spots in the carpet where it feels like there are holes. Initially we were told that's what it's supposed to be like and it happens, but when we had our 1 year inspection, the carpet was inspected by ur home site manager and he said no it's not supposed to be like that. The first month we lived here they tried to roll over it thinking that would fix it, it only looked worse. I can't believe they're professionals and thought that would actually get the job done. Being that this is the 2nd time, I hope they're not given another chance. This company was used by the home builder Richmond American. The floors were installed in July 2012. After 3 years they started to slide back and forth and now they are coming apart at the seems. I had to complain to Richmond American to make the floor company come look at the floors. I was then told the floors are supposed to move and it is normal. When I questioned them about the large gaps in the wood, I was told the angled cuts required ore space under the baseboards. What!!!! When I told them the board should fit the wall regardless if its a straight cut or an angled one I was told it is geometry and I wouldn't understand. They also told me the hallway was a high traffic area and because of the overuse it caused the damage. Well, Im sure my 7 and 9 year old daughters who have a combined weight of 100 pounds would kindly disagree. When I asked the company to replaced the floors they said no. They did, however , say they would glue them. Since this was my only option I agreed. The day came for the floors to be glued and they never showed up. Not even a phone call. I made another appointment a few weeks later and guess what...Yup no show again. This time they called me a few hours after they were supposed to be here to say they had a scheduling conflict. Heritage (Design) Interiors, aka ISI, caters to New home builders to bundle their cost onto the new home price. Unfortunately, this company is by far the worst trade and most unprofessional to work with. I had personally 5 attempts with this company to repair flooring issues via warranty work on my home that resulted in no-shows. Furthermore, when they realized there was a great deal of work to be completed they continually sent only one person when the work required at least a 3-man crew to complete in 2 days. I started needing this companies services at the end of July 2017 and have yet to have all my flooring issues resolved 7 months later. I would suggest anyone looking to buy a new home whose builder uses this company put a stipulation in their contract that any flooring installed by this company is inspected by your own inspector prior to allowing closing to proceed. One star is too much for this company. read more

We built in the Homestead community and have only been in our home 2 years. There's been mold growing in the walls of our shower due to the builder not fully inspecting the shower seal and water leaking into the walls. This all comes from the tile being installed incorrectly by Heritage Interiors We've had to demo our WHOLE shower from floor up. Pictures are of the master shower currently being demoed and remodeled. This is costing around 12k to fix all because they didn't do their job correctly. I tried reaching out to Richmond and they denied to help us because we are past our 1 year warranty. So if you buy a home from them then expect it to only last a year because they won't stand behind their work after that year is up. Also in the photos you can see they installed the hot water line incorrectly and there was a big kink in the line causing our hot water to run slow in the shower as well. I've had to have mold remediation and I have 2 young children in the home. I would never buy a richmond american home again and I highly advise anyone looking to go elsewhere. read more

Fulton Homes used Heritage Interiors in my new home that was built. Their tile laying skills are lacking and I had crooked, cracked,uneven, and still have hollow tiles throughout the house. Fulton Homes sent them 5 times to fix the shower tile and they finally got it right on the 5th time. They have repaired around 20 cracked or hollow tiles throughout my home, but Fulton & Heritage Interiors are refusing to fix the last 6 or so tiles that are hollow and lacking thinset underneath. The last time they just tried to fill the hollow tiles by shooting an adhesive through the grout area and ended up shooting the adhesive all over my office carpet, thus destroying the carpet. The carpet then had to be replaced. Don't ever use Heritage Interiors for anything or for that matter Fulton Homes....both shady companies and lack quality in workmanship and ethics in customer service. read more

I purchased a brand new condo in Scottsdale that included Heritage Interiors installing the tile in the shower. Heritage Interiors was hired by the contractor who built the condos. First, I had a seat in my shower that was sloped toward the wall holding water after a shower. Second, I had a shower drain that was rocking and Heritage Interiors wanted to just caulk around it until I questioned him. To make a long story short there was no thin set underneath holding it in place. Third, a superintendent, came to assess why the tile in the shower floor is holding water. First he tells me as tile gets old it will discolor, especially white. I told him we only used it a couple of months. Then he said oh, I thought you were here over a year. Then he tells me, it is because I did not seal it. I told him two coats were applied prior to moving in. Then he offered to stain the grout and I said no that it is a temporary fix and will have to be done every year. Then he said the floor will have to be ripped out and new tile applied because scraping the grout out will damage the tile. So we agreed that will be done. Then he said we will not seal it for you and I said I will take care of it myself. I had an appointment with a no show. I called their office an hour after the scheduled time and I was told applying the seal voided my warranty from Heritage Interior. . The superintendent tried to undermine my intelligence and failed. The jobs here are rushed and the workmanship is absolutely terrible. There are several showers here at my complex that absolutely look ridiculous. I looked at another resident's shower who moved in a couple of months prior to me and his has rust all along the perimeter along with some dark spots in the grout. His shower was never sealed and looked worse than mine. Heritage Interiors does not stand behind their workmanship. They find every excuse not to come back and fix it. No "integrity" here!!! So the builder hired another contractor to fix their poor workmanship on many showers here at our complex. read more

We had to use this company as they are linked with the contractor we used, Sonoran Desert Ridge Development (see their review). Very frustrating to work with as most questions regarding product, services, etc., relative to our home remodel were answered with, "We'll get back to you"......then no one would. You would expect a certain amount of frustration on occasion working with any 'sub' on a project that you are paying top dollar for.....but you would also expect to be treated with respect as the paying client. If I could give zero stars, I would. New home built and I have had issues with the master shower tile since we moved in. I have been "stood up" several times even by management. I've had to reschedule several times after being told they would do something and then couldn't or didn't for a multitude of reasons. I've been told what I wanted to hear, then it not happen. I do not know if they would be different, if not going through the builder, but would assume it is all the same company. Therefore, I would NOT suggest using them. read more

Very poor follow up service. This company was recommended by our contractor Marty Messanger in Prescott. Four weeks after final payment, they still have yet to address a solution to a chip in our quarts counter or provide the grout stain to fix some problems with our floor tile. We hired Heritage Interiors to install our granite counters through Costco. They installed few years ago and within a year our sink started leaking. Then they came and fixed temporarily with a stick propping up the sink. We continue to see the leakage and it has damaged the cabinet. Therefore we reached out to them and they vehemently deny that it was out of warranty and give all kinds of reasons. They used non-professionals to install the counter and sink which resulted in the damage of the cabinet as well.
