But he refuses to acknowledge that his claim they always verify coverage is false because they were not aware my coverage was 70% not 50%. He also refuses to acknowledge that the morning of treatment when I said I would not do the procedure unless my insurance company pays for it, they asked if I wanted them to call the insurance company that morning, which of course I said yes. That call never happened but, but they did lead me to believe it had, and all was set.

Despite all of that baggage, Dr. Arlauskas has never once treated me with anything less than dignity, patience, and genuine care. He has never judged me, never made me feel bad, and has never scolded or shamed me in the way that so many dental providers have done in the past. Dr. A is fun, personable, professional, and unwaveringly consistent. He remembers the human element in every interaction. He always does things the right way while making sure he goes above and beyond the basic standard of care, and is all around a truly kind, present person... I've had a significant amount of work done by him and I've never been disappointed no matter how nitpicky I am. It's difficult to express in words how grateful I am for the kindness he's extended to me. He's changed my life for the better, and I wish I could do more for him aside from writing this review. In the least creepy way possible, I truly love him for the positive impact he's had on my teeth and my life. Teeth can be so emotional... I went back in to get an itemized receipt and ask for a refund for at least the one filling so I could get it redone somewhere else because I didn't feel comfortable with the him. He was so unprofessional and told me the receptionist was out and nobody else in the whole building could print me a receipt. Then he kept insisting he would "never give me a refund because it's illegal" and that he has to redo it nobody else. We waited about 30 minutes (well worth not having to come back another day) and my son got his cleaning. My son is 32 with Autism and he is very nervous at the dentist and he can be VERY talkative, the hygienist was so sweet and patient with him and made him feel very comfortable. I'm VERY impressed and so glad I didn't make our decision based on the negative reviews I read on Yelp.
