The people here make you feel like you belong, even if you're not a member. A couple years ago my in laws were eating at the member guest and had such a great dinner they suggested my wife and I take a closer look for our wedding. We looked at the space and tasted the food and booked it. Our wedding? People won't stop talking about how great of an experience O'Bannon provided them. The food was excellent and the welcoming staff was even better. If you want a laid back club with great golf, staff, food and members then this club is a no-brainer.

They ran the best pro out years ago, but I know they give private lessons. The mini golf range is an obvious attempt at a cash grab as it's the biggest piece of crap I've ever seen. Holes in the linings, and it's all concrete. I don't think it would kill them to update it more often than once every 20 years. Other than that, I like it ! I've had the food before, and when I got home, my house smelled like farts.

Golf here, November 11 Veterans Day 2024…read more Pretty nice weather for Very late fall almost early winter golf I have never golfed here before so I have no idea what spring and summer conditions are like on the golf course, but things were pretty beat up when we were out there. Pay play was pretty quick because not many people were golfing early November. It was pretty chilly and a little windy. A pretty nice track and layout as far as challenging for a golfer, but the conditions of the greens the leafs everywhere which I understand it's not their fault leafs fall, but the sand traps were terrible shape. What surprised me most was all the homes and townhomes built right on the course. You could miss the fairway by only 30 or 40 feet and put it into somebody's barbecue on their patio a few holes Pricewise it was only $42 to play which is pretty reasonable off-season rate, but I don't know if I would come back unless it's premium conditions spring summertime

Decent and well kept club…read more I have only golfed here once and really enjoyed myself. Nice quiet course. Not too difficult but, then again, I am extremely amateur. Well kept green's, fairways and overall a very clean course. I've been there several times to use the driving range and also their putting course. The driving range is set up nicely right near the parking lot. Go inside of the pro shop and grab a jumbo bucket of balls for $10 head back out and hit 'em straight. Once you've worked on your drive, chipshots, wedges, irons and woods, walk over to the putting green courses. There are 2 putting green courses. Each one of them has about 5 holes, or flag's, to shoot at. Good angles, hills and curves. Probably one of the best putting green practice courses I've ever been to. Would I go back? Absolutely! If not for anything else, they have a nice and well kept driving range along with two great putting courses.

People were parking on the grass. I asked Chris about it and she said she should probably have told my granddaughter about it. PROBABLY!!!. Chris said my granddaughter really wanted that day. The was not true. My granddaughter, Cassie, wanted a day in October. They booked a day in October and when Cassie went to tour the facility, Chris told her she gave that day away to someone else. Golfers were walking through the wedding area. Some of the guests went home because they could not find a place to park. Food and beverages were paid for guests that could no even get in the building. As long as Chris is in charge I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe if we were members of the golf club we would have been treated better???
