The store is laid out well, clean, organized and in great shape. This went for the dressing rooms as well. Service was fantastic as upon entry we were greeted and then on the sales floor once we settled into a section, the same gentleman asked could he assist us further. We were looking for a particular size, and while they sadly did not have it, he did go check for us and even have recommendations on like items when it was determined they did not have in stock. This was really my only gripe about the location, out of the 4 things I really liked...they only have one in my size. I ended up scooping them up online, but still... I think their shirts are a bit boxy for my taste and their dresses are cut too high at the waist for me. Overall I think it's a good addition to the outlet mall selection. Their men's and children's department are great. Lots of sales and clearance items. They also have jewelry and shoes as well.... Well I can tell why there is never anyone in this store. Saks and Intemix, both in Phipps also carry the Vince brand. I'm sure the "powers that be" try and make sure that they arent overlapping styles amongst the three stores. I went in and there were two sales people...on a busy Saturday afternoon. They were holding a personal conversation, but quit talking amongst themselves and BOTH came towards me to offer help. I explained that I had the coupon and was just looking. She suggested a scarf, guess she could look at me and tell I wouldnt be breaking open my piggy bank to spend $300 on a sweater. Well I;m not breaking it open to spend $150 on a scarf (not one of these scarves anyway) either. Most of their sizes run in the X-small to really small categorgies IMO. I asked about leggings and the pair she showed me was $245. No wonder this store is always empty. I gave the lady the coupon and told her to please give it to someone that would shop today and headed off to work, wondering....when would I ever get a job that would pay me enuff to spend $245 on leggings on a regualr basis?

The rep, no longer there of course The new guy sets an appt to come measure and pick up. Turns into a sales pitch for him and 20 min later I had to tell him I didn't have time to view his entire spring catalog today. So he measures, tells me not to lose any lore weight before the pants come and asks me how I will be paying for the $42 alteration I explained that I didn't have to pay and he says oh...yeah we don't offer that, that's not a thing. I said well it is a thing because it was used in my sales pitch and promised as part of the deal... he argued with me and I called my old reps cell phone and on speaker he said yes he did say that. He took my pants and said he would have to call his boss. 3 weeks later no call, no pants. Another week goes by so I call and new rep says he had them in his car "for a few days" just had to find time to run them by... they looked like they had been taken in about 1/2 inch to 34.5 and barely stayed up. Suit hasn't been worn in a while. Disappointing service! The fact that no one from their corporate wing sees these reviews and attempts to remedy or at least figure out why so many people have bad experiences with them and fix them. I've been extremely happy with the fit and finished of the items. I've read reviews on Yelp, as well as on other sites, in which people complain about dishonest sales tactics and over-persistence. Akia has been the total opposite of those things and has been quite professional. Her job is to generate sales. People need to understand that the Tom James sales reps build their business from referrals. They don't advertise in on the web or on television. With that said, if you meet with a rep, realize that they are going to do their best to figure out what styles you like and to sell you items that fit that style. You just have to be firm about what you will and will not do in terms of committing to buy "on the spot."
