Didn't wipe down the sink or its cabinets. Found stuff shoved under a rug in my living room/pushed under my sink. Just not at all "deep clean" quality. They do such a good job - way more thorough and efficient than what we would do ourselves. Communicating with the owner is easy. We usually text, but will occasionally call. Notes are taken in our profile so our preferences are recorded for anyone who comes. Billing is automatic from our credit card, and I am emailed a receipt. Their prices rarely change. In fact, our price was kept the same for years. I spoke with the owner and she admitted that the price for our house would be over double what we were paying! We agreed that she should increase our rates; however, it was clear that all of us value one another. I value PQ Cleaning and they value us and our regular business!
