I use them for propane refills as I use a lot of it. Those guys go out of their way make my experience as enjoyable as possible. Most places you have to take your tanks, unload them off your vehicle, wait there for the guy to fill them and then after all that you have to put them back in your vehicle yourself. But at Cresco Livermore, I can pull up with my usual load of 20 empty tanks and they handle the rest. They unload the empties, fill them up and let me leave to get back to whatever I was doing at the time. Once they fill each tank, they call me back and reload them back into my truck! Absolutely great customer service!. On another occasion I mentioned that my power washer broke down and that I might have to rent one from him. Ethan told me to bring mine in to see if it was fixable. He fixed it and didn't even want to charge me because I'm a 'regular customer' They really treat you like family here. This sounded like a setup to charge for damage. Upon returning, he seemed like his was about to do just that until he decided not to after I pointed out that he had not looked for the aluminum shavings when I rented it hours before. The lift, which he swore was a Genie, was a Liftsmart that weighs twice that of the Genie and with less capacity. A lot of heavy iron and no provision for managing the wear on the nested aluminum column rails. The thing is a hunk of junk. Not nearly Genie quality. Then somehow we got off topic when he said that Cresco was owned by Caterpillar. Really? That's weird I said. Oh yeah, he said, Peterson Caterpillar. When I explained the difference between a franchise dealer and the manufacturer, he was uninterested in whatever an uninformed, dim-witted customer had to say. He's been in the rental business for 26 years, and so he knows what a bunch of liars and abusers his customers are, every dang one of 'em including me. I'll shop elsewhere next time.

I needed to take a class to become certified on a class four and class five forklift. This seemed…read morelike the best option that was near my house. It was a little bit far and a bit out in the boonies, but that was okay. When I arrived it was a huge distribution center type place that had a small classroom built in. Mark was my instructor. He was no nonsense and cut straight to the point. He was very helpful. After the written part we did a small obstacle course driving the forklift through some cones and picking up and putting down some pallets. I definitely need more practice but at least I got my certification and can now legally drive a forklift on my company property. I would recommend them to anybody who was looking for that class. The cost was very reasonable I think around $150. It was also very simple to sign up online.

Pre-inspection did not note the scuff on the right side of the rear bumper. Not sure what the lady was looking at when she pre-inspection the car but it wasn't what we were looking at. This is the first time we've had this kind of a problem. We've rented before and everything was great. This time... not so much.

They have a few desks in a large empty room with nothing else that would make you think it's a rental company. The car they gave me was very dirty and smelled like foot. It was so bad I had to put an air freshener in and roll the windows down to air it out. The heater would work great but then start pushing out cold air randomly. Luckily they give you a device to record the damage before you rent the car because there were marks everywhere. I would not rent from here again. I asked the representative questions about the car and she had no clue. She told me it's a plug-in hybrid but wasn't sure where the cord was. I look around and there's only a door for the gas. The vehicle wasn't a plug-in hybrid... This location closes at 5 and they don't have a key drop so returning the rental is a hassle if you work a 9-5. Take your money elsewhere or ask if your insurance works with another rental company.

After pricing around the other shops in the area, we decided on these guys. So yesterday afternoon we stopped by and rented their last one available. I would advise calling in advance to make sure they have what you are looking for in stock as it seems like things go quick! Staff seem to be very busy but they were still polite, friendly and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them for any of your man tool/toy needs!
