In any case, I called here earlier to see if they had a particular protein powder I was looking for. I usually go to "Vitamin Shop", however they didn't have the flavor I was looking for and decided to give this place a shot. Went back on May 10th for a REFUND and was told by Joseph (name on my receipt) that I COULD NOT GET A REFUND BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY MADE AN EXCHANGE and his computer system would not allow him to give me a refund. Mind you, still in the 30 day grace period for a refund so that sound like BS TO ME. He proceeded to give me a gift card which I did not want. Went to car and called customer service and she said I will give you an approval code to give to Joseph. I went back in the store, gave him code and he said "What is that" as I explained it to him he said we do not do that our system do not allow us to do that! I then called the customer service in front of him and had her on speaker phone. She said " you are suppose to refund her money you can't do that" He said " I am a franchise" I said " good if you are a franchise you have to play by their rules" The CS rep told me to go to a corporate store which was not that far away from me. I went there and was told the gift card was a refund why did they not put money back on my card. I then left because guy at corporate store told me he was waiting for his manager to call him back because I could not wait.
