The store is spacious with ordering kiosks and attractive displays. Their website is straightforward and well-organized, with lots of information. Online ordering is easy. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment, as well as debit cards and cash, with ATM's on the premises. Queen City has one of the largest selection of products in the area, competitive pricing, and regular sales and promotions. The member rewards program rebates you 5-10% on future purchases, with 20% off your first purchase when enrolling, which is free. Senior citizens get an additional 15% discount on everything. Plainfield is also an urban enterprise zone where NJ state sales tax is charged at half the normal rate of 6.625%.
