I had a massage therapist that I saw for many years before coming upon Seraphim. But she relocated to another state with her military husband. I have asked them to bill my insurance, which they were provided, and they are still billing an insurance from two years ago. How hard is it to follow directions and bill a current insurer? I have left numerous messages for the billing office, the biller is Diana, and she never returns calls. This office cares only about charging patients but they don't care about the half rear service they provide. With every telehealth visit, the wait from calling to the doctor or NP/PA to answer averages about 30 minutes. You would think they would have the common courtesy to call the patient when they are free rather than make the patient wait on hold. Lastly, they never call to set up a follow up appointment but I'm told I would have someone calling. I always have to wait a few days before calling and inquiring about my follow up appointment.

The recommendations were a waste of time and money and in the end I only lost about 5 pounds. If I were to do it over again, I would go somewhere with more attentive staff with a focus of building life long habits.
