Countless emails, phone calls as well as voicemails and nothing was returned. Until I threatened I would be finding a new doctor I got a responding email that was of zero help telling me to continue doing EXACTLY what I had been doing for over a month trying to reach him. Now that my monthly allotment is coming up (for MMJ) I'm getting countless emails from his office stating I'm up for recertification. Funny how they can find time to remind me to pay up but couldn't answer a single phone call or voicemail. I even scheduled an appointment via video chat (costs $105) just to have my appointment entirely blown off. Just hoping this review will help save other people the stress this put me through (on top of my chronic illness). Thankfully I found a new helpful doctor who not only answers my calls but responds to my emails almost immediately.
