In town for an appointment nearby, on a Friday afternoon, so walked over for a late lunch early…read moredinner (4pm). Arrived between the potential crowds so only a handful of customers at this time. Establishment is located in the historic area of downtown Dublin. Parking out front and around on adjacent streets. Inside is very well decorated and designed. Mixture of modern meets rustic and wide open. I was seated right away at the window. My server was Evan and he was very helpful as we discussed a few items on the menu since it was my first time being here. Having grown-up on the coastlines of the country, I really like seafood. I chose the dinner grouper finger plate with coleslaw and fries. I was not disappointed. In fact, this was some of the best fried grouper I've had anywhere in middle Georgia. Fries were well seasoned, shoestring style and the coleslaw was very smooth with no bitterness. The only thing that took me by surprise were the hush puppies. They are sweet and so I had to inquire about them. I found out they were made of funnel cake style batter and not cornbread. They were more like a small dessert to me. Good, but I would've preferred regular hush puppies. Outside that, the meal was very, very good. The service and friendliness of the staff gets high marks as well. If you're in the area, give these guys a try.

It's tucked away in a strip mall next to Kroger. First time I saw it I thought it was a Vape shop but paying closer attention it was the bbq joint. Walking in it has a rustic country flair. Steeping up to the counter the young man was very helpful is describing everything. My wife ordered a pulled pork sandwich with cowboy baked beans and fries. I ordered the pulled pork quesadillas with mac n cheese with banana pudding for dessert. All the good was very good. The stand outs were the quesadillas and the cowboy baked beans. Least favorite was the Mac n cheese; it was a bit gritty. (-1) Recommend you give them a try.

So, when…read moretheir admin retired and they invited everyone, it was of course her favorite restaurant, the Cloverleaf, that catered. Now, though this is a favorite spot of some, I have to admit that I am not a huge fan of southern food. The dishes we had were all skillfully made, but many of them were too sweet or too greasy for my liking. That said, my taste is not your taste, and I have not eaten at the buffet portion. I will say, the fried chicken was quite good.
