So we get all the way up here and their doors are locked. Boy oh boy the feeling I am feeling right now. I called and left a message and checked their website hours on Yelp and it shows the office should be open from 8:00 to 1:00 p.m. What really has me boiling is that the office personnel who schedule my appointments. I spoke with twice not just once to validate my appointments and my information. No one ever called me and told me they would not be open and that I would need to reschedule - three months went by and nothing. This is poor office practice, and very poor customer service.

After immediately taking some x-rays of my mouth area, the doctor found the issue, and he extracted two of my wisdom teeth.
