Oyster Mushrooms BBQ Sweet Potato Fries 2 Salm'n Patties Fysh Fry - Fried food items, including a croquette, sweet potato fries, and fried fish, are arranged in a white takeout container with small cups of dipping sauces.

Vegan Food post All of this food was vegan and delicious! The service was exceptional each item was cooked to perfection. It was served hot and fresh. We all got something different Herban Sliders, Fysh Platter , and Fried Oyster wingz all made for a very good meal we shared with each other loved it all The sweet potato fries were a little overdone but nevertheless we ate them.

Bang bang "shrimp" - Vegan chicken wings coated in a thick, creamy sauce, placed on crinkled aluminum foil, likely served as a plant-based dish.

Can I give Herban Vegans 11 stars on Yelp?! We just happened upon this place by checking Yelp for vegan food while driving through Cincinnati. What a gem! We ordered several menu items and everything was delicious. No detail was spared when creating their menu. The look, smell and textures are all on point. The bang bang shrimp was divine. I was transported back to my pre-vegan life bang bang shrimp favorite from Bonefish Grille. So good! Vegan "seafood" isn't easy, but Herban Vegans nailed it. We also had the chicken sandwich, several variations of the Mac-n-cheese, greens, sweet potato fries and fish tacos. Everything was on point. Such talented chefs. Herban Vegans is not only vegan but an allergen friendly establishment. They only use soy in one menu item (sal'mn cakes) and everything else is soy and nut free. Beyond impressive given the decadent taste achieved. We now have a staple for every drive through Cincinnati going forward. 11 stars!

I am visiting Cincinnati from Chicago for the Cincinnati Festival. I decided to look on TikTok for some vegan restaurants. I was very pleased to have came across this restaurant. It's located inside a cute shared kitchen space that's also connected to a beautiful dining hall. The dining hall is located upstairs. You have the option of eating in the dining hall. You have to enter the restaurant on the side of the building. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the owner Danielle. She was super nice and helpful. Everything on the menu looked delicious. Without me having to ask. Danielle mentioned that today is Fish Fry Friday. She also made some recommendations for me. I decided to go with the fish dinner and a hibiscus tea. The meal was delicious. The portion size was perfect. I am very satisfied with the food, service, location and venue. I will be visiting this restaurant tomorrow and trying the seafood sampler. Danielle also mentioned that there will be a Day Party with live music and bar at the location tomorrow. I visit Cincinnati annually for the festival. I will be frequenting this restaurant whenever I'm in town.

Great food . Great service and nice atmosphere. My order was messed up but quickly corrected.

Plus, free VEGAN wine sampling. Let me say that we are not vegan but love to try different foods & we enjoyed everything we ordered, including the drinks. Everything was also very filling. I also noticed that they are Black-owned,which is awesome to see. At the time, they had only been open for, I wanna say, two-ish weeks so my colleague and I decided to give it a go. The staff was eager to greet us and we got a seat right away. The space itself is magnificent. The bright bursts of color caught my attention first. It's definitely a vibrant space, modern, trendy, photogenic, fun, and creative. You got to check out the bathrooms - so cool! From what I gathered, the owner helped design it himself. The service is what stood out next. Everyone was so friendly, the chef and owner came to our table to check in, which is always a nice touch. As for food, I was only in for a quick bite so I went with the kale caesar salad and a side of truffle fries. I love me a good kale caesar and that definitely hit the spot. The only con with the food was that the serving sizes were rather small for the price. I believe this spot turns into a nightlife experience in the evenings. They have a full bar and even a DJ booth. I would no doubt visit again in the evening. It's great for a date night or evening with friends. Overall, I hope they succeed and recommend you give them a try, even if you don't like vegan food.

The space is open, bright and well decorated making it very inviting for brunch. You order at the counter from the menus placed along the wall then food is delivered to your table. The various brunch items all sounded very inviting so I was having trouble deciding what to order. So I got a recommendation to try the Shakshuka. Not sure how to pronounce it but when it arrived it was just the right portion and quite tasty for brunch. It's a bowl with a red pepper sauce and feta cheese and kale along with eggs sunny side up. The dish is served with pita so you can do a little bit of dipping in the tasty sauce. To accompany our food we selected the mimosa service and bloody mary pitcher. A pitcher is just perfect for sharing. And the mimosa service was delightful. The server arrived with a bottle of Prosecco and small carafes of orange, grapefruit and blood orange juices to mix yourself. The food was fresh and tasty with prompt delivery of our food to our table. Not quite a full service restaurant since you have to order at the counter but still a nice experience located downtown.

After being seated, a table that arrived after me was greeted and offered drinks first. I ordered a simple breakfast... eggs, bacon, and asked to substitute the potatoes for a small slice of avocado. I appreciated that the manager approved the substitution at no extra charge, even though it was a very tiny portion. I requested my eggs over medium plus, mentioning specifically that I don't like them super runny. When the food arrived, the egg whites were still runny and the yolks were completely liquid, definitely not medium. The toast was cold, stale and hard, though the bacon was good. The server offered to remake my eggs, and the second attempt was much better, but by the time I got them, the rest of my food was cold. I also never received a coffee refill or too off and had to ask for a coffee to go at the end which was about the only item that was warm in the place. The environment was as nice though, looked clean and quaint. Overall, I felt like just another number. The service was indifferent, and the breakfast was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

Only thing is I wish they could make it gluten free. I got the Mira bowl in a kid size portion and had boiled eggs as an add on. Perfect portion! The bartender recommended the smaller size since I was getting waffles and I'm glad she made that suggestion. Lavender latte with oatmilk was light and delicate. Just what I was looking for. Nothing was too sweet and I enjoyed everything. The inside had a nice airy feel to it. They have a cute little kids corner filled with books and fun stuff for the little ones to stay busy while waiting on meals. They close at 3 so I recommend enjoying it for brunch/lunch!

Being visitor from VA Beach, I asked what's the recommended dish, the server suggested omelette. But I wasn't in the mood for omelette so I saw shakshuka. I tried their Green Goddess version that has spinach (instead of tomato sauce) and feta. The food is a solid 3. I also ordered the Dubai Chocolate latte. I apologize if my fury towards the time wasted shines through. Anyway, I was thrilled to see this place during research for my recent trip to Cincinnati. I think every town (every city might be more reasonable) should have a place like this. I, like some other reviewers, was surprised to see that this place is only pick up and delivery. It actually works out because you are able to peruse the menu in peace instead of the person behind the counter impatiently staring at you like a (I had to remove a word here because Yelp thought I was being "offensive" in my hypothetical scenario, use your imagination) who didn't immediately know what to order within a second of seeing the menu. There are a few picnic tables outside if you wanted to eat on location. This was our last 1/2 day before a flight later in the afternoon and had a lot of eating to do so we decided to just split the breakfast sandwich. The sandwich contains vegan sausage, seasoned tofu, vegan hollandaise sauce all in between a homemade biscuit. The sandwich was FIRE. The proteins were hearty and that hollandaise sauce was absolutely delicious. I only meant to have a bite but I couldn't stop eating it. My only criticism is that the thing was very small, much smaller than expecting for the price of over $10. I interacted briefly with someone I think is probably the owner and she was super nice. She mentioned that their biscuit cutter has gotten smaller and that they plan on getting new, larger ones. She told me this completely unprompted when I went inside looking for a trash receptacle. Thinking about it now it was as if she read my mind but upon further reflection the glass between where she was and the picnic tables outside probably wasn't sound proof lol. From our sample size, the food here is very good. I would probably order something like the burrito next time to get my money's worth.

The menu, while all vegan, is a mix of styles, and sometimes I wonder if I'm harder on vegetarian restaurants about my tastes than I am on normal ones. I'm not really into the whole fake meat thing, but they still had some interesting options. The lunch box I ended up with had biscuits, mac and cheese, and a soupy side of beans and greens. It was a little more liquid and a little less of the actual beans and greens than I'd hoped, but when you throw in a good quality vegan butter, it was tasty stuff. The truffle mac and cheese was lightly coated with something that wasn't cheese, but was delicate and nuanced enough in flavor that I was happy with it. It was pricier than the non-vegan equivalent would be, but at least it's something worth eating for those who have a hard time eating out.
