The place itself is somewhat hard to find, I thought I'd taken a wrong turn because my GPS had me turn, so I did, but I only saw apartments and some retail businesses across from where it looked like Amelie is. Turns out it is indeed there but for me was to my left, not my right when turning in from the road. I got some botox with Nikki and loved how she walked through everything, showed me the muscle groups, before and afters and overall was personable yet professional. I have a touch-up appointment coming up because I do think there is some slight drooping in my eye area due to where we placed some forehead injections but we were both on the same page with where/why that could happen, and since I wanted to try it it's really not a big deal. I just can tell my eyebrows seem to slightly droop over my upper eyelids more than usual. The staff is really great about breaking all the pricing down, and as long as they don't try to oversell to me I will be happy coming here for future needs!

When I narrowed my list of choices, I finally settled on Love your Skin Day Spa. It wasn't long until I got an email from Lacey Holland, the owner of the Day Spa, who was very responsive and did a great job putting together a package for me that would work well for the special occasion as well as keep my wife there at her place for 3 hrs. We settled on The Ultimate Recovery Facial + 45 minute massage 2 hours 45 minutes treatment that began with a foot soak and has a two hour facial/LED light therapy oxygen treatment with a 45 minute massage focused on whatever area of the body is most needed and then during the facial includes more facial massage next massage and a foot massage. She flew back from CA just a few days before. She truly deserved being pampered and I'm so happy that Lacey was able to take her away to a relaxing moment and experience which started her special day the right way. Thanks again Lacey!!

The Dr's were good, the PA we saw -average, front desk staff - amazing, the financial assistance…read moreteam member - not great. During the many visits to this place we saw 2 Doctors, 1 PA, and had interaction with someone who was supposed to help with medication financial assistance with the manufacturer. The front desk schedulers are always amazing and helpful. Billing methods are all over the place and inconsistent (e-mail, text, check in for appointment and find you have a balance due you never knew about). The PA she saw at the beginning almost kept her in misery because she couldn't tell when she needed to escalate treatment . Her attempts were not working and she pushed to a 6 month appointment/review while my Mom suffered and kept saying over repeated visits, "this isn't working". We pushed for an appointment with an actual Doctor which yielded the results we needed. One Dr did get my Mom where she needed to be and my Mom is a lot better now, and yet another Dr there recommended meds the first one didn't that made a big difference in pain management. When we needed financial assistance from the manufacturer, I presented the paperwork I got online, mostly filled out, that needed the Dr signature, and was assured their person would take the paperwork - handle it - and was amazing. During that time they did give her sample shots to tide us over. I had already bought one month of prescription and was crossing my fingers for the financial help. After 30 days, not hearing anything from Dermatology Associates, and a $1485.00 balance coming due again (for one month perscription only), I called them to see what was going on. When I got a call back I was told that "I" should have been calling the manufacturer... My response -- No one told me that. Them - Oh well, someone should have. You need to call them and get the application approved, they will want information from you on things like your Moms income. Me - OK, I don't have the application, I gave you everything. Them - Oh someone should have given you a copy. Me- No one gave me a copy! (like geezus people, really!) It was then I found out it took so long because the wrong Dr signed the paperwork the first time. They had to get a signature from another Doctor and re-submit the paperwork. Since my Mom had seen two Doctors for the same prescription, I had put the first Doctor on the paperwork and apparently they needed the second. However, I would have thought they would have checked that. So I asked if they could please e-mail me the application paperwork so I could talk with the manfucturers rep. Them - yes. I later received the email and after over a month of not hearing from the Derm. Assoc., their team member called 3 days later from our call about the application to see if I had done it yet and that I needed to give the manufacturer information and I should have talked to someone. I found this interesting since communication from them was so bad yet they are now on me like - did I do it yet?! I called back to say No I haven't talked to anyone and I didn't know what information they were talking about as I hadn't talked to anyone. They found my call to be very rude and were very upset with me and we ended up having a negative interaction. When I called the manufacturer later that week about the financial assistance application they informed me they couldn't do anything with the application as they did NOT have the perscriptionauthorization from Derm Assoc yet. All that drama and Dermatology Associates didn't even do it right (AGAIN). I asked the manufacturer rep if they could follow up to see if they could get it, they said they would. When I checked back a couple weeks later, still no authorization from Dermatology Associates. At that point it just seemed to me that doing the right thing is not what these people do - or this individual anyway. They can't say Sorry for bad communication and poor execution of their function to get paperwork right and can't appreciate WHY I might be upset and aggravated. I gave up and reached out to Medicare to get on a payment plan. My Mom can't afford this medication and I pay for more than half of her bills, so what is another overpriced medication coming out of my already stretched budget. Thankfully, lots of other dermatology practices out here. We will just move along. Update: My Mom received a termination letter today saying they won't see her as a patient anymore. They stated that in order to share her records with a new medical provider (Federal Health Information Privacy Laws) she needs to sign the enclosed medical documents release authorization form. That they did NOT include. They can't even terminate her properly!

I was gifted a SkinSpirit gift card for my birthday, so I decided to book a consultation--and I'm so glad I did. For context, I've been to countless laser and aesthetic clinics over the years (from Los Angeles to Hawaii), and this was the first time I truly felt welcomed without any pressure. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. What stood out most was that I never felt like I was being sold anything. Instead, they took the time to understand my goals, educate me on their services, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and personalized. I've always been hesitant about Botox and fillers, but after seeing their natural, balanced results and having a consultation with Dr. Linder, I actually felt comfortable--excited, even--to finally pop my Botox/filler cherry with SkinSpirit. As someone who is genuinely afraid of needles, Dr. Linder made the experience so easy. She was gentle, reassuring, and used techniques that made the process feel virtually painless. All of my anxiety completely melted away, and I felt truly cared for throughout. Also, shoutout to the front desk--especially the well-dressed gentleman who helped me recover and redeem a lost gift card. That level of customer service did not go unnoticed. Hands down, one of the best birthday gifts I've received. I'm so happy to have found a place that not only delivers amazing results but also makes you feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely taken care of. SkinSpirit has earned a lifelong client.

Scheduling an appointment at the front desk is easy, flexible and quick to do, or you can go online. They have a good number of estheticians, so finding a time that works for you isn't a problem. All of the ladies working here are very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. I've never felt rushed here. They are thorough with their extractions, explain what they put on your face to meet your skincare goals, and make you feel pampered. I just saw Carla and she went absolutely above and beyond for me today. She gave extra attention to the extraction phase, especially because my pregnancy acne is pretty deep along the jawline. She applied Vaseline on my chapped lips at the end of my facial and gave me a free sample of a lip scrub she loves. She always made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment, asking if I wanted a blanket, heat/no heat for the bed. I enjoyed talking to her and felt so comfortable and taken cared of. I thought she was going to reschedule my appointment due to inclement weather, but she was there and able to see me. My skin is still a work in progress, but I notice the improvement already. I have less breakouts and my skin looks well hydrated and healthy. Patience is key and I'm already happy with the progress. These ladies genuinely care for your skincare goals. They update your skincare routine at every appointment so you're never left in the dark with what to do for care at home. They also have an incredible response time when you contact them with a question. I highly recommend this business and these ladies.
