Excellent service | Friendly | Amazing hair color by Grismey…read more Grismey is a very experienced and professional hair stylist! I told her I wanted a natural brown highlight that maintained my previous color and she made me feel so beautiful by the time we were done! I don't know how she did it, but she blended my brown highlight into my natural dark black hair to compliment my skin tone perfectly. It wasn't brassy, not reddish, it is this perfect shade that looks natural and still beautiful when it grows out. I also enjoyed talking to her throughout our session! The whole process, from booking to styling my hair, was perfect. I feel so confident going to see her now for any of my hair needs. Thank you, Grismey!! *Shelby moved so I was referred to Grismey. I was excited to try this salon based on the great reviews, but my experience was very…read moredisappointing. The wash felt rushed, and I don't think my scalp was touched once. During the haircut, only parts of my hair were trimmed, leaving the cut uneven. What was most frustrating was that once the next appointment arrived, the stylist appeared to hurry through the rest of my service and didn't even finish drying my hair. I left with an uneven haircut and feeling like my appointment was cut short. I knew something was wrong when she told me to come back and "fix it" if I wasn't happy with the result. Looking back, she probably noticed my disappointment before I even said anything.I usually don't write negative reviews, but I'd hate for someone else to have the same experience I did.

My hair barely looks different and no one can tell I got my hair done. Also, the last time I was there, I was told I get free trims with a color. This time Simran told me it would cost $160 for a trim...so I cancelled the trim. I was originally scheduled for color and cut and to be out by 12:45. She was done with my hair (without trim) by 12:35. It's crazy that an extra 10 min would cost me over $160 Also, after washing the color out of my hair, I was asked if I wanted a blowout.... Like it wasn't included?? Ended up paying over $300 for color I didn't want
