Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

They had a good tech years ago, but he passed away and now they have kids employed acting like they know what they are doing. Before Rod passed away, I had used them for years and years, and now I have had this happen at a couple different locations where it wasn't fixed the first time. I had to file a bbb complaint against them after I left four or five messages as the service manager and owner would not return my call to at least talk to me about adjusting my bill. They told me to never contact them again, and that is no problem. I'd freeze to death before I called them. The office clerk who answers the phone is rude as well.

I'll continue to use Clean Air America and recommend them to family and friends.

I paid a lot of money expecting a thorough job -- especially since they advertise that they provide before and after photos to show the results. I never received any photos, so I followed up. When I called, I was told, word-for-word, that they "barely had to do anything," so there were no pictures. That's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If the job was that minimal, why wasn't I contacted before charging me full price? And how am I supposed to know what was actually done? This was a major letdown for such an important service in my new home. No transparency, no proof of work, and zero accountability.
