Very piss poor customer service it seems no wants to help you find an item or items when you ask…read morethem for assistance. I was in line to check out when it was my turn to check out I was immediately met with "I'm closed can't you see my light is off" is this how customer service is these days?!?! Home depot is way better and better customer service. Never again lowes you lost my business and my companies business as well. You don't even deserve a 1 star rating to be honest.

There were two employees doing something at the cash register, we asked if they could open the big sliding door so we could start loading the trucks, the women with brown hair and glasses (think she could be a manager, not sure) told us she would so we waited and asked again thinking maybe she didn't know what we were talking about and she said yes I will open it but I need to finish this first. So I started to walk over to open it myself and she just widened her eyes and jerked her head back with nasty attitude. Then it took us a while to load some stuff as they brought everything over in carts instead of pallets so we had to get it back on the pallets and wrapped. The older bald man( also think it was a manager) then told us we couldn't use a pallets because it was $14 and he was just super disrespectful. Customer service keeps getting worse every time we come in.

I really want to give a shout out here about the NY Sash installation crew we had at our home last…read moreweek, especially Josh! He worked around, over, under, and next to 33 years of accumulated crap, family kibitzers, a lazy, fat-bottomed, plastic eating cat (the size of a small dog!), dust, and a myriad of other surprises, inside and out. He and his crew were professional at all times and really good sports. A good sense of humor is a real blessing, guys! Thank you! This was an emotional struggle for me but Josh and his crew made it so much easier to endure! Many thanks to Josh and his crew. NY Sash, you have a real gem with them! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NY SASH & this crew! Well worth the money! Anna McMullen

Save yourself from a nightmare and deal with a reputable company that offers quality installation and not Paradigm Windows. We wish we had been warned to run as fast as you can from doing business with New York Sash. They have relentless marketing skills to reel in new customers. A company that offers quality products and installation doesn't have to rely on gimmicks to attract new people; word of mouth is more than sufficient. They say a sucker is born every minute, and yes, we were suckered in by their pitch but it's not too late for you.

I also found the prices to be really reasonable, especially for some of the more uncommon offerings. I found some fairly unique succulents that were priced in the $3.99 - $6.99 range. A friend of mine had also asked me to look out for Thai Constellation Monsteras (becoming less and less rare, as it's the new "fad plant", but still), and I found a couple different sizes... all seemingly in proportional cost to what you'd fine at a big box store, but of higher quality. My mother ended up finding a pretty sizable hibiscus plant that perfectly reasonable in cost as well... and she stocked up on plenty of veggie & herb plants, including some heirloom tomato varieties that are hard to find. All their items are in really wonderful condition - nothing browning/crispy/dying, and I don't think I saw a pest (fungus gnat, etc) or anything the entire time I was in the store. Honestly, everything in the store just appears lovingly cared for. I'll definitely be back on my own, and my mother even said we should make it an annual tradition to visit here before Mother's Day and stock up on plants. Sign me up!

It's incredibly expensive, but you're paying for the ambiance, selection and experience I suppose. The staff are kind and the merchandise is great quality!
