While I was with the nurses preparing for the procedure, Dr. Briggs walked in and asked, "How are the hiccups, are they getting any better?" I told him no. His response was, "Sounds like you're going to have to deal with that the rest of your life." In that moment, my heart sank. I felt like all hope had been ripped away from me. I held back tears in the room, but inside I was completely shattered. The thought that I might have to live the rest of my life like this was unbearable. After the procedure, I sat in my car and broke down, sobbing from the devastation of his words. But deep down, I know this isn't the end of my story. With the right doctor and God's will, there is hope. I will never return here again.

I am a chiropractor located in Erie, Pennsylvania. As my business has grown, I've needed a more…read moreefficient method of documentation. I had tossed around the idea of dictating notes for years. Several years back, I reached out to Managed Outsource Solutions for information about the dictation/transcription process. I had talked back and forth with Jan Merrifield for a little while. She was extremely helpful, full of information, and willing to help me. I wasn't quite ready at that point in time to make the switch to dictation. Jan never pressured me to start business with them if I wasn't ready. Fast forward to 2018. I began dictation/transcription with Managed Outsource Solutions in January 2018. Jan was instrumental in getting my chiropractic practice set up within their system. The process was as about as easy as they come. She took care of everything, so on January 2nd, I was able to send off my first round of digital files to be transcribed. Wow! The turnaround time is 24 hours! Staying up to date and current with documentation has never been so easy and efficient! At the end of each day, my notes were done. I'd upload the notes at the end of the work day. The notes were ready to download and place in patient files by the next day. It was amazing! The notes were accurate and exactly as they were dictated. If there was confusion or concern in a particular note, Jan AND the transcriber were both emailing me alerting me to their concern. The attention to detail and personal touch has been the best aspect of working with this company. If you are a health care provider looking to have an efficient way to complete you daily notes, look no further than this company. They are fantastic, professional, yet down to earth real people.

There were so many things about my mother's experience in early January 2026 to complain about…read more First, in my interactions with the social worker, their only concern was her leaving the facility after Medicare quit paying 100% for my mother's stay without any regard whatsoever as to her condition/ability to return home. They did not want to her stay beyond the 10 days that Medicare apparently deemed a reasonable stay upon her being admitted. They refused to keep her longer despite my mother having excellent supplemental insurance and her remaining on fall alert her entire stay. When I contacted their billing office in Plano Texas, they told me that they accepted her supplemental insurance provider and I would have to discuss the issue with the local admission office. Secondly, they told my sister and I that we would have to care for my mother in one of our homes or stay with her when she was discharged. They never once mentioned the possibility of sending her to another rehab facility until after we requested an immediate transfer to another facility. Thirdly, and most egregiously, someone at the PAM facility advised my mother than she could hire an attorney to prevent us from moving her into a long term care facility or nursing home. They told her we couldn't move her into such a facility without her permission. Lastly, apparently someone at PAM greatly assisted or wrote a glowing 5 star review for themselves on Google the day before she was discharged. While they may have provided good care while my mother was in the facility, she was not in any shape to return to her home to resume living alone. PAM Rehab Tulsa has some major communication issues to resolve and I would NOT recommend anyone checking in here unless it was an absolute last resort.

However, even though I am a therapist myself (not at this business), I can be counselor/therapist picky, especially as a female military combat veteran, and I would seek services here. I currently get VA care, so..... With that said, if they weren't worthy of 5 stars, I simply wouldn't rate them at all or even acknowledge my connection. They facilitate both in person and virtual sessions so you can receive access to care from nearly anywhere. So if you're in OKC, Lawton, Stillwater, Enid, Muskogee, McAlester, Durant, Cleveland, Camp Gruber etc....they are still a viable option for your mental health wellness plan! They accept Tricare and other insurance options! Tricare makes it all but impossible for clinicians to accept them to be in network, so we have a significant shortage of tricare providers. I happen to personally and professionally know that the staff is client centered, trauma informed, strengths based, and solution focused. They are totally worth the call!
