They stopped the project half way through and now are refusing to answer any phone calls from me. I will get a text claiming he will call, but he never does. The project was stopped right in the middle of it making the house unlivable, then I had to find lodging for my family while I made it somewhat livable. The cost is very expensive especially considering they don't do all the work or give all the deliverables. He lied about how long the project would take, even if they had worked, the time estimate would have been way off. At beginning of the project, when they did show up, they would work from about 12:30 - 4:30. Owner would continually lie and state he would be there first thing in the morning. The earliest they did show up was around 11 on the first day. I was given no reason as to why they stopped working, or why he couldn't even answer the phone. I gave him many opportunities to just let the project move forward, but he couldn't be bothered to even answer his phone. Don't use this company unless your into fraud, not getting what you paid for, and want the hassle of having to work with an attorney.

All I have left is an awesome roof! They completely tore off all the old shingles from the house and the garage, then wrapped the roof, shingled it and installed new flashing, they cleaned up the job, and were done in 4 hours I can not believe it. And, I have a 30 year warranty as well as a 15 year craftsmanship guarantee. These guys rock! When they told me they had another job and would be by my place at one I was worried because the heavy rain expected the next day. I did not know they would bring a roofing armada fully equipped with everything including a crane truck to lift the shingles to the roof. This crew is amazing to watch. At one point there must have been 10-15 workers working in tandem flawlessly. 4 hours later BAM! I am ecstatic! Thank you Dave, John, and entire crew. I am so glad we chose Roofsmart for our roofing, new gutters, and premium insulated vinyl siding! I heard you guys were good but I disagree, you are superb! Thank you for such a great experience, I was very well informed, with no surprises just the way it should be. Sincerely thankful, Terry Martindale

The salesman ordered incorrect doors and expected me to accept "fixes' to hide imperfections. I stopped them from installing the third door as the second door was also incorrect. The stoppage was temporary until we resolved my concerns. The owner showed up and asked what I needed to do to fix this. I explained my concerns, he stated he would do some research and contact me. " He is a new owner and admitted he knows very little about the business he recently purchased." After about a week and a number of calls and attempts to resolve my concerns, he finally called me back. He read a statement and ended the conversation with, "We've fulfilled our contract and we're done working at your house. I replied, the 2 doors you installed are incorrect, one is incomplete and I can't put a storm door on the front door as ordered, you still need to install a third door and a storm door. How do you consider this fulfilment of your contract? He replied, "Have your attorney contact mine." I took him to small claims court. I won a judgement for $5,430.00, the amount of my deposit on November 26, 2025. He is required to pay this amount plus interest. I am out my attorney fees. I have not heard from him.
