They called me back later when they had an issue (one with my house, not an issue they created) they did have to enter my home, and they left it very clean! Ryan was extremely patient & flexible during the whole NFC process. He never got frustrated when NFC delayed our start date and had problems closing out one of the inspections. Our electric, furnace, and water heater were all installed almost immediately after closing. All of the workers he used were professional & friendly. Work on our bathroom started a few weeks later, and he did a lot of that work himself. He was in a lot for a few weeks, and he was great with our kids, who got excited to see his truck pull up to the house. Ryan was willing to try to match the trim in the bathroom with the rest of the house and built custom shelves for our bathroom. We're thrilled with the results. Along the way, there were one or two minor problems that were corrected right away. The toilet needed to be reseated, and his plumber arrived early the next morning and took care of it immediately. The first electrician had trouble with a switch in our bathroom (it's an old house), and a follow-up electrician came early the next morning and fixed that quickly, too. We were really happy with the response time.
