The "handyman" forced us to give him an exact budget number for the repairs our first call with them -- essentially made us make up a dollar amount for something we are not at all experts in. Then he gave us the run around for awhile. Later called to tell us they don't want our business and that we aren't a good fit for them. I tried explaining we were just throwing out a number because we were forced to, and the handyman told us they don't want our business. I would've gave them 0 stars if I could.

Try to get the PM/GC/salesman to do some easy warranty work after they were paid in full. Good luck with that. A decorative fake vent at the peak was blown off by the wind twice. AWESOME! 4 hours...Really?…read more WOW! I have never seen a roofing job done so quickly, and SOO well! It looks awesome and they completely cleaned up their work site. All I have left is an awesome roof! They completely tore off all the old shingles from the house and the garage, then wrapped the roof, shingled it and installed new flashing, they cleaned up the job, and were done in 4 hours I can not believe it. And, I have a 30 year warranty as well as a 15 year craftsmanship guarantee. These guys rock! When they told me they had another job and would be by my place at one I was worried because the heavy rain expected the next day. I did not know they would bring a roofing armada fully equipped with everything including a crane truck to lift the shingles to the roof. This crew is amazing to watch. At one point there must have been 10-15 workers working in tandem flawlessly. 4 hours later BAM! I am ecstatic! Thank you Dave, John, and entire crew. I am so glad we chose Roofsmart for our roofing, new gutters, and premium insulated vinyl siding! I heard you guys were good but I disagree, you are superb! Thank you for such a great experience, I was very well informed, with no surprises just the way it should be. Sincerely thankful, Terry Martindale
