Not only did they get everything there and ordered in that time frame, they also had it fully completed in one day! Another thing we extremely appreciated was they took the time to comb through the grass and picked every single item out of it. I would say our yard looked better when they left then when they came! Plus no one wants a nail in their tire. They make sure that that would not happen! We can't thank you enough!

I ordered 3 exterior doors and a storm door from Americas Best Choice, Clive Iowa. I signed a…read morecontract and paid a 50% deposit. The salesman ordered incorrect doors and expected me to accept "fixes' to hide imperfections. I stopped them from installing the third door as the second door was also incorrect. The stoppage was temporary until we resolved my concerns. The owner showed up and asked what I needed to do to fix this. I explained my concerns, he stated he would do some research and contact me. " He is a new owner and admitted he knows very little about the business he recently purchased." After about a week and a number of calls and attempts to resolve my concerns, he finally called me back. He read a statement and ended the conversation with, "We've fulfilled our contract and we're done working at your house. I replied, the 2 doors you installed are incorrect, one is incomplete and I can't put a storm door on the front door as ordered, you still need to install a third door and a storm door. How do you consider this fulfilment of your contract? He replied, "Have your attorney contact mine." I took him to small claims court. I won a judgement for $5,430.00, the amount of my deposit on November 26, 2025. He is required to pay this amount plus interest. I am out my attorney fees. I have not heard from him. The judge stated he breached contract, improperly installed incorrect doors and by doing what the contractor wanted to do would void the front door manufacturer warranty. (this was about a $6,500.00 door. The company admitted in court, they ordered the wrong doors for the application. The company countersued me for $6,500.00 which the judge dismissed. Potential customers need to be aware of how this company is run. I would NOT recommend calling this company for any reason.

I wouldn't recommend anyone work with this company. Besides many problems they have basically…read morestolen from us. We bought cabinets through them and they only delivered less than half of them. They stopped the project half way through and now are refusing to answer any phone calls from me. I will get a text claiming he will call, but he never does. The project was stopped right in the middle of it making the house unlivable, then I had to find lodging for my family while I made it somewhat livable. The cost is very expensive especially considering they don't do all the work or give all the deliverables. He lied about how long the project would take, even if they had worked, the time estimate would have been way off. At beginning of the project, when they did show up, they would work from about 12:30 - 4:30. Owner would continually lie and state he would be there first thing in the morning. The earliest they did show up was around 11 on the first day. I was given no reason as to why they stopped working, or why he couldn't even answer the phone. I gave him many opportunities to just let the project move forward, but he couldn't be bothered to even answer his phone. Don't use this company unless your into fraud, not getting what you paid for, and want the hassle of having to work with an attorney.
