Someone who stopped to help gave my son the number for No Limit Towing, and he came right out. He was fast, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to handle the situation. He was even able to put the tire back on once he got the car safely to the house. The parking situation at the house wasn't ideal, but he managed to get the car where it needed to go. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally he helped my son when he was in a stressful situation. I will definitely use No Limit Towing again in the future and highly recommend them!

He was very communicative, showed up as expected, and made the entire experience way better than I thought it would be. Great service and a really smooth experience.

Do NOT call this company for help! They are extremely rude, the guy is racist and unhelpful and…read morerefuses to help at all. This company towed my car without my knowledge and when I called to have them held responsible they laughed and called me stupid. Do not call this company unless you want rude customer service. Update: the owner commented saying he has not received any calls today and doesn't tow any cars without permission. If he didn't recieve any calls how does he have my phone number? He called me 7 minutes after I called the number associated with NoHo towing and then processed to erase his original comment stating he didn't recieve any call and now saying he "heard the dispatch" when he originally stated no calls were ever recieved. Also, I too have a recording of the conversation because the first time I called, your "dispatcher" which I'm assuming is you, was laughing at me and was calling me stupid because I "didn't understand the difference between tow and road side assistance" which I kept saying, someone called on my behalf and yet your "dispatcher" kept laughing at me, being unprofessional and rude. Which I will provide the recording on tik tok since you want to comment saying you never recieved any calls and once I provide proof, you go ahead and delete your comment and say I was the rude one. You say you never recieved any calls, yet you called me 7 minutes later after calling 5x the place because the "dispatcher" was rude and unprofessional. Then you delete your comment and say I was the rude one and that you "just heard" the dispatch .. make it make sense. How did you call me last night if you hadn't received any calls like you claim to say you didn't ? How did you call me last night after just admitting you just listened to the dispatch just now? Weird

But the service from 24/7 Rapid Discount Towing has been beyond satisfaction that I needed to create an account myself and post my experience. I don't live in the area but had no choice to take my vehicle to a local shop to due a blown transmission. He really made my day better which couldn't get any worse. Highly recommend his service as it was prompt, fast, and straight up honest guy. When your vehicle is being towed, I'm pretty sure you aren't happy nor excited.
