I sent them a text to the listed number and got a reply within an hour or so on my first inquiry. They asked what kind of service I wanted and if there was any special requests or things to look out for. I didn't need anything specific other than a basic interior/exterior. On the day of the wash, they kept me updated via text until they arrived. Before getting started they again asked if there was anything specific I required. I was worried the level of dust and dirt on my Jeep (a light off roader) might raise the price, but they had no concerns. After about two hours, both vehicles looked as I'd hoped! Overall, no complaints and I would not hesitate to call on Best SCV Mobile again. Thanks!

They were able to squeeze me in, showed up and was able to detail my car in my primo parking on the street in front of my conplex so I didn't lose my parking spot. They made my car sparkle and didn't try to take my money for the extra exterior wash when it was going to rain on Saturday. Really such a good value to have these 2 magicians show up at your home, bring all their own equipment including water so if you don't have access to a hose, THATS OK, THEY GOT YOU! And detail your car while on work meetings, you can't ask for more. Scheduled through Yelp Communicated via text until arrival I cleared everything out of the car so they could detail properly Did my work meetings, and in an hour they were giving me a tour of what they did! Avoid mainstream car washes due to over time paint damage, improper solvents used on windows and a myriad of other dangers affecting your investment. Search for the dealer recommended hand wash service began with a Yelp project post. Response from George of GM Auto Spa Detailing was immediate. With great professionalism, transparency, in addition to the benefits of handwashing, he enumerated the benefits of ceramic coating a new vehicle's pristine paint, the process, the pricing, plus he texted video and photos of his businesses' quality work. I carefully explained the process, the cost and that George would be happy to answer his questions. Hubby vetoed. Said we'd already spent enough money that he'd wash the car himself... Based on my brief, positive interaction with George, viewing the photos, reading the reviews, I believe GM Auto Spa Detailing to be five star!
