I immediately asked the employee about it, and he gave me an attitude and asked, "Do you still have the barcode?" I explained that I had already shown it to the woman at the entrance. He then walked away. I spoke to the manager, who offered to let me go through the wash again. As I was going through, the same employee told me that he had supposedly already changed my first wash to the Pro. I told him I wasn't aware of that because you walked away without saying a word. Rather than acknowledging the obvious miscommunication, he continued to be rude and defensive. Then, while I was in the vacuum area cleaning the inside, the manager told me to hurry up because other customers were waiting. I looked around and noticed multiple empty vacuum spaces. So apparently I was expected to rush through cleaning my own car even though there was plenty of available space. I came in with a coupon for a free wash and left with the distinct feeling that I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. Found a quick and affordable wash and detail service…read more Very quick. This is across from the Northridge Hospital on Roscoe and Reseda. Got a wash and clay relatively cheap on a Saturday which was rather slow on this day. I'll definitely be back again.
