During the service I added a maintenance wash ($45) for my mother's car while she visited my home. At first glance the wash looked good but after Nick had left and I started driving around to complete my Saturday errands, I started to notice details that could have been improved. This included visible streak marks on my side mirrors and rear window, leftover debris on the driver side rear panel, water residue on certain parts of my center console trim, and small water spots on the rear passenger windows. Overall 3/5 for my F150. HOWEVER, when expecting my mother's car after Nick had left, I saw what seemed to be a completely unwashed rear passenger body panel with visible debris, hastily wiped down interior, many streak marks throughout her vehicle, and a NEW scratch on her hood (picture attached). Overall 1/5 for her Kia K5. I respect the hustle and that Nick came on less than 24 hours notice and was able to accommodate a 2nd vehicle but I'd like to see improvements for future services for anybody wishing to contract this company. For a $125 service + tip I paid $180 as I initially thought our vehicles looked great but after closer inspections I'm very unsatisfied. Would not book again and will continue to look for better vendors.

This company offers unreliable service and ignores customer concerns. I do not recommend signing up for their membership. This car wash is a mess. I got stuck at the entrance gate for 10 minutes, then watched the car in front of me go through. After that, an employee put the gate back down and spent another 7 minutes trying to fix it. When I was finally let in, the system couldn't read my license plate, even though I'm a monthly member. The staff knew this, but still refused to let me wash my car. After a short argument, the employee told someone to take a photo of my plates to cancel my membership -- just because I expected the service I paid for. As of late, my car was often left with tire shine residue left all over sides of my car. When I mentioned it, they actually blamed the design of my car. Terrible service, broken equipment, and no accountability. Don't waste your time or money here.
