I don't think I would hire him again. Also shows up with his kids and want to use your bathroom , the kids also do not flush the toilet after they're done.

Originally contracted the clay bar + wash ($80) for my F150 and Nick was able to accommodate a (1)…read moreday notice and showed up the next day. During the service I added a maintenance wash ($45) for my mother's car while she visited my home. At first glance the wash looked good but after Nick had left and I started driving around to complete my Saturday errands, I started to notice details that could have been improved. This included visible streak marks on my side mirrors and rear window, leftover debris on the driver side rear panel, water residue on certain parts of my center console trim, and small water spots on the rear passenger windows. Overall 3/5 for my F150. HOWEVER, when expecting my mother's car after Nick had left, I saw what seemed to be a completely unwashed rear passenger body panel with visible debris, hastily wiped down interior, many streak marks throughout her vehicle, and a NEW scratch on her hood (picture attached). Overall 1/5 for her Kia K5. I respect the hustle and that Nick came on less than 24 hours notice and was able to accommodate a 2nd vehicle but I'd like to see improvements for future services for anybody wishing to contract this company. For a $125 service + tip I paid $180 as I initially thought our vehicles looked great but after closer inspections I'm very unsatisfied. Would not book again and will continue to look for better vendors.

From the initial messaging thru yelp about their services and pricing - not only were they responsive in responding back but almost mindful and giving you some grace when the scheduled time moves last minute. The materials they used, the workmanship, and the attention to the smallest detail is second-to-none that it's no wonder car people go to their shop for ppf/tint/detail work. Allen will work around your budget as well and understands the investment that a customer puts in to their vehicle. He treats you more than a customer - but rather a friend that you once had a few drinks with. I've always believed in the saying buy once, cry once.. but with Allen and his team, you get more than what you paid for and the results bring nothing but smiles knowing it was done meticulously. Seemed like only option was to re-paint (at my expense because garage guys are jerks and claiming no liability for their obvious negligence) because nothing seemed to remove the thick, film like toxic sludge. After a recommendation from the Chemical Guys Car Wash (also awesome), I gave Terence a call and I was so glad I did! He promptly returned my call, answered my questions, got back to me exactly when he said he would and got me scheduled for the very next day. They came to me for a complimentary assessment (another detailer was going to charge me $100), arrived on time (even a little early) and were kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. They went over my options in detail with actual pricing (no surprises or hidden fees/charges), answered a whole bunch of additional questions I had, and most importantly with absolutely zero annoyance or pressure to move forward. After my decisions for next steps, they jumped right in to working on my car. They did an incredible job and got 99% of the gunk off my car - a feat I thought was impossible. I really appreciated that they were honest and open about a reluctance to push it any further to get the last 1% off because it could compromise the paint and that is not something I wanted to do.
