Don't know what the protocol is to sitting there trying to get your whole vehicle to dry, but I'm getting pushed closer and closer to this sitting truck. I was finally so close to it that I'm having to step on my brake to keep me from rear ending him. Totally confused because there's an employee wavering traffic in front but never tells this truck to move forward to allow the process to continue to flow. I'm not a car expert but the feeling of having to hit my brakes in there and the car wash conveyor system continuously trying to push me out did not make me feel like my car was in good hands nor did it feel safe. Shit happens, but personally I feel like there can be a better system in place for these things to not happen. On top of that - this business recently up'd their pricing due to inflation and their high quality of wash, but there's still bird shit on my car after going through it, so there's that.

They were the most understanding and tried their best to accommodate my schedule, so that was a great sign even with my late responses due to work. So Julio came to get work done on my car, and he was really friendly. I gave him a heads-up on certain areas to be careful because I had gotten some work done on my rims recently. Also mentioned a small stain that needed attention. Then I left my car with him, and I went for a walk around the neighborhood. About an hour and a half later, I got a message that my car was ready to go. My car was looking brand new! Honestly speaking, I never really wash my car because I am super lazy. Exterior and interior both looked perfectly new and shiny! The stain I mentioned was barely even noticeable, so I was very satisfied with the outcome. Julio showed me the equipment he used (I think it was a steamer) and that he tried his best to get it out. I was thankful because I wasn't expecting him to remove it because I already had work done for it, but now it's unnoticeable. I venmoed the total, which was $110 for the service I chose prior to making an appointment, and I also tipped him for an awesome work.
