YES the place here's busy and there's a long line. But they have 3 LANES!!! 3 LANES: 1 line is for non members and the other 2 lines are for members. QUALITY: The organization of the line got better in my opinion... TIME OF ARRIVAL: Sunday afternoon. We were car number 6 in line. I was pretty happy about that. Then, I saw a nice and hardworking lady carrying a tablet and going to ASI the cars in line. It felt like the SAME organization system used at IN 'N OUT BURGER! That was pretty cool!!! It made the line go a bit faster. We waited for about 20 minutes... VALUE: It's pretty pricey $16 for a base wash. But, I like the machine and it really CLEANS well in my opinion for a small SUV. They are correct in saying "no appointment necessary" and there is usually one free spot available each time I have come here for my oil change.

There were plenty of spots, but it can get busy so you may have to wait a few minutes during busy hours. I recommend bringing your own microfiber towel to clean the outside of your car, which will make the job much easier. I would come here for a wash again if I am in the area.

The person working the front desk seemed like she was absolutely miserable and did not want to be working. Asked her for cash back so I can leave a tip for the workers washing the cars which I always do. After paying I noticed she didn't charge me for the cash back and when i asked why she didn't charge it she blamed it on me and said "you never confirmed you wanted it." When I specifically told her "that's fine, go ahead and charge it" She then proceeds to give the following customers in line major attitude. If you are working a customer service job but hate the job itself you should seriously find other employment. Don't make supporting customers pay for you being miserable. First time seeing this cashier here so maybe she's new? Regardless this is a decent spot to get your car washed they do really good jobs on leather treatments and they are fast all around.

Let's start with the good. I spilled some smelly food on my passenger car seat on Friday night and contacted several businesses to get a quote. Frank was one of the first to respond, offered a fair price, and was available to come out the next morning to help clean my car. He was prompt, professional, and seemed to do a decent job. I tipped him for the service and let the car dry out with the windows down for the next few days, as directed A few days later when the car had dried out, I noticed the smell had improved, but was still present. I contacted Frank asking nicely if he would be able to come back and do a second round of cleaning, stating that I understood that this was just a particularly stubborn food spill and offered to pay him again for his time (I also left it open ended so he could name an appropriate price). This received no response. I followed up again, again to no response. I was turned off by this lapse in communication and went on to seek another company to help do further cleaning - which they did two more times, and with prompt and clear communication. Overall, I give this guy credit for doing a decent job the first time around, but all subsequent interactions pointed to a disregard for customer retention

At first I was thinking of the special for $35 to get the fragrance, but he was getting on my last nerve, so I decided on the cheapest package. Then I came back with, "Give me a regular, $30." He was not pleased the second I said $30. He wrote the ticket fast, ripped it off, and handed it to me without a thank you, a smile, or a single word. He is lucky I spent the $30 at all.
