A very so-so experience. I think small businesses should be supported, but I think there are…read moredefinitely a couple issues that need to be ironed out first with this business. Let's start with the good. I spilled some smelly food on my passenger car seat on Friday night and contacted several businesses to get a quote. Frank was one of the first to respond, offered a fair price, and was available to come out the next morning to help clean my car. He was prompt, professional, and seemed to do a decent job. I tipped him for the service and let the car dry out with the windows down for the next few days, as directed A few days later when the car had dried out, I noticed the smell had improved, but was still present. I contacted Frank asking nicely if he would be able to come back and do a second round of cleaning, stating that I understood that this was just a particularly stubborn food spill and offered to pay him again for his time (I also left it open ended so he could name an appropriate price). This received no response. I followed up again, again to no response. I was turned off by this lapse in communication and went on to seek another company to help do further cleaning - which they did two more times, and with prompt and clear communication. Overall, I give this guy credit for doing a decent job the first time around, but all subsequent interactions pointed to a disregard for customer retention

It has been six months since I brought my car in for a wash. I usually wash it myself every two…read moreweeks, but once in a blue moon I'd pamper my car by bringing it in for a professional treatment. I stopped by this place because it sits in the same plaza as Target, UPS, T-Mobile Experience, IHOP, and a few others. Minus one star for the check-in attendant who wrote up my ticket (I'd give that dude 1 star on his own). There were no cars ahead of me in the prep lane where they vacuum. As soon as I pulled up, he opened with, "$70 for hand wax. Very cheap. Good deal." I kindly replied, "No, thanks." He kept pushing. Then he said, "You don't have $70." I really wanted to reverse out of there and take off, but it was too hot and I was too lazy. So I told him, "No, I don't. Stop asking me." And brother still did not stop. Dude, respect boundaries! I stepped out of the car and looked over the price menu, debating what I wanted. Then he kept yapping, listing all the expensive choices. At first I was thinking of the special for $35 to get the fragrance, but he was getting on my last nerve, so I decided on the cheapest package. Then I came back with, "Give me a regular, $30." He was not pleased the second I said $30. He wrote the ticket fast, ripped it off, and handed it to me without a thank you, a smile, or a single word. He is lucky I spent the $30 at all. I wash my own car! The owner needs to have a word with him, because that attitude can easily drive customers away. Five stars for the detailer who hand dried my car afterward. He took his time, worked every panel, and left it spotless. Pleasant guy. By the way, I drive an SUV, and they charge $2 extra for that, so mine came out to $32. Also, bring cash for the tip! They have plenty of chairs if you want to sit while you wait. The only entrance is on Rosemead Boulevard once you get off the 10 freeway.

They have a reward card system, but you have to ask for the card. * They do not give change back via debit or credit so bring cash for Tips. They have a waiting area inside that has vending machines dispersing snacks and beverages as well as plenty of outdoor seating available. There is also an ATM to withdraw money from right inside next to the cashier. The price was pretty reasonable, being something like $30 for the highest package. The results of the car wash was pretty decent. I was in and out within 30 minutes! They were fast! I was used to a 45 minute minimum at my usual location.

It was dusty but nothing too crazy. I pull up ask for the "Luxury Wash" whatever that is; costs $35 dollars. Walk inside go pay, they pull up my car, a man starts drying it, and doing whatever the luxury part of the wash is... honestly I had no idea. I sit there no more than 10 minutes when I get the wave that my car is ready. I tip the man get in my car notice my passenger door was wiped but my driver door isn't. How do I know this you might ask? Well my passenger door is shiny af, the driver door is as matte as those setting powders advertise. At this point I'm like whatever, let it slide. I get home & I get off my car I notice water streaks from my door handles down each door. WTF? So disappointed. Safe to say I will not be returning. For $35 + tip I rather drive down to Montebello on Beverly & Poplar where they truly excel at washing cars. *Also, I have all weather mats & they didn't even wipe them down, left them dusty on vacuumed.
