Wash is fairly good and the wax application is normally covered well and evenly. Same applies for…read morethe tire wash. The parking is usually always filled to beyond capacity because people have a tenancy to park there and detail out their own cars. I've also seen plenty of guys just parked there catching up with one another for a long time. Odd place for that. I've never gone without a wait to park and towel off the car. Free towels are a must so that's good but the staff that work there mainly just look at their phones. Zero customer contact unless you're texting them lmao.

Terrible customer service…read more I had a coupon for a free Pro Wash. When I entered the wash area, I noticed they had me down for a basic wash. I immediately asked the employee about it, and he gave me an attitude and asked, "Do you still have the barcode?" I explained that I had already shown it to the woman at the entrance. He then walked away. I spoke to the manager, who offered to let me go through the wash again. As I was going through, the same employee told me that he had supposedly already changed my first wash to the Pro. I told him I wasn't aware of that because you walked away without saying a word. Rather than acknowledging the obvious miscommunication, he continued to be rude and defensive. Then, while I was in the vacuum area cleaning the inside, the manager told me to hurry up because other customers were waiting. I looked around and noticed multiple empty vacuum spaces. So apparently I was expected to rush through cleaning my own car even though there was plenty of available space. I came in with a coupon for a free wash and left with the distinct feeling that I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. There are plenty of car washes that will gladly take my business without the attitude and hassle.

Ok so this place has baaadd reviews and some of the stuff they mentioned was true. However, I only…read moreexperienced the lady at the front desk who did look miserable but she was ok. I need a car wash and was in the area, so I decided to try this spot since I pass by it every other day to take my son to school. The process was easy. I pulled up, told them I wanted package #2, handed them my keys and headed inside. The guy who took my keys and asked what scent I wanted was pretty friendly. Once I walked in to pay I saw that they have tons of Hallmark cards, snacks, drinks and a ton of air fresheners and car accessories. So I spent a good amount of time looking through everything since I had nothing but time. Once I got what I needed, I headed to the register and the lady didn't show any emotion lol. Just blank stare and took my money. I asked for cash back and she said for tip and I agreed so she did it. After the transactions I headed outside to sit on the patio area which is pretty big. It was clean and there were only a few people sitting there so it was kind of relaxing. They finished my car pretty quick and I didn't really have any complaints but I prob won't be going back to this car wash because I have a few others that are closer and that I like better. If you have to do it, go for it but if you have a better spot, go there instead. I don't want to chance having a really bad experience like most of the reviewers here. OOO 3 out of 5 Afros

I have been coming to Sherman Oaks Car Wash for years because it's close to home, but after this…read moreexperience I won't be returning. On a very slow day, with multiple lanes empty, I asked for additional vacuuming and even offered to pay extra. Instead, manager Joe instructed employees not to continue and then told me to stop vacuuming my own car because I was supposedly blocking the line. The lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing. What is even more concerning is that after paying nearly $200 for interior cleaning, the car wash lost my floor mats. When I asked about them, no one seemed to know what happened, and there was no effort to take responsibility or offer a solution. I understand businesses have policies, but there is no excuse for poor service, unprofessional behavior, and losing a customer's property. After years of being a loyal customer, I am left wondering how a business can justify refusing reasonable service requests on a slow day while simultaneously failing to safeguard customer property. Convenience was the only reason I continued coming here, but convenience is not enough to overlook poor service, unprofessional management, and the serious loss of customer belongings. I sincerely hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated because my experience was disappointing from start to finish.
